This is a challenging back up to do. You have to make a u-turn, get straight, back up, then back into the dock avoiding cars and the curb in combination with the tilt wants to push your truck away from the dock. There are yellow lines but almost completely unnoticeable and there are metal rebar tips sticking out of the concrete that can possibly flatten your tires if you go over them located on the ground in front of a blue door next to the dock. The people are super friendly, but this place is not for beginners in trucking.

FCFS. Overnight? maybe. Park by the fence of the wood chopping business. Be prepare to move if asked to. MUST used exit 8 of KY4 left onto Finney Dr. Staff is great, you'll be out in 45min. Delivered with a 53ft. Not 53 friendly but manageable. Unloading will take place around 8am after their local box truck are gone(more space to work with)

Overall I give you guys 7 out of 10 the drivers showing up without product sometime is very inconvenient if you guys don't have it the chef should be notified prior to order being placed as US foods does.

Please be aware that their delivery drivers are destructive and irresponsible. It will cost you time and money cleaning up after them. The company will not hear complaints.
