Me and my daughter went into this store looking for dresses for a festival she was going to later this summer. The girl with the blonde hair chunk was very helpful in finding the perfect outfits. She was very friendly and asked a lot of questions about the festival to help my daughter with her outfits. 10/10 will be coming back again

worst experience ever. the employees were so rude no greeting or anything. i went to check out my dress and she threw it at me and she crumbled up my change and threw it at me as well.

the past couple times i have been in this store one of the managers has never greeted me, she has walked right past me without saying a word but when i’m shopping around always seems to be watching me. Being in the store makes me uncomfortable when she is there and i’ve backed out of purchasing twice because of it. The store is also very messy all the time.

pretty dresses, but the manager is extremely rude and so was the other employe. we did not buy my dream dress for my prom because i refuse to purchase from an establishment that allows their workers to treat their customers like mere peasants and given no respect. she has given me nothing but anger and anxiety and i hope this business closes down at this mall because they are allowing their employees to act this way.

Not sure if this woman is a manager or what, but she is constantly giving people attitude. I remember our last trip here. she gave everyone a hard time about fitting rooms, confusing every one and being unnecessarily difficult to work with. On this trip, she walked around with such an unpleasant facial expression towards everyone, and the way she presents herself is almost like she holds this superior complex. Again, she has made both trips very uncomfortable and that is why most people end up not buying from this store.

The place is under new management and I must say the new manager Lauren was exceptional. My daughter was crying because she was having problems picking out a dress. So Lauren came and told her to try on the one she liked and she would tell her her thoughts on it. She went out of her way to help my daughter get the dress she wanted..

Dresses are great but hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a store. The employees last week were so miserable and rude.i have never left a negative review but i have never seen anything like this. Will only shop online from now on. Judging by other reviews clearly I am not the only one

Amazing store. Witnessed a woman going off on a manager for asking a quest to please watch her kids and to stop them from running around the store. Woman became hysterical and started yelling. Male manager asked her to leave. Both managers kept composure and were professional. Will be back.

I’m scared to go back in here. I was shopping with my teenager and witnessed an employee scream at two toddlers. The mother asked her to not yell at her children and the employees ( African American woman and bald male) were laughing and yelling “ BYE!” To the mom. The employee was acting like she was going to physically fight the mother for asking her to stop. I believe all of these insane reviews after what I saw today and would never let my daughter shop in here alone.
