I've had my service installed since Monday morning but still have no access to my GO Kinetic App and I'm wanting to set up my billing and my ACP credit but even talking to them they told me my account is not registered. Yet my service is active and has been for a couple days now. I talked to 3 people yesterday and got absolutely nowhere. I'm not happy with them.

Internet out at least once a week. Bill started at 30. Now it's over 100 bucks. Terrible customer service. Fast-talking con artist on the phone. Just tired of it. Used to be affordable and useful for work. Now it's the most unreliable money sink I am stuck using. Can't wait to move and drop this third-rate service, if it can be called that.

They don't even deserve one star. They took $100 out of my account through direct deposit, then decided to credit the amount back to me. However, when I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait 30 days for a check. That is not acceptable. I wanted it direct deposited back to my bank account but they refused and would not allow me to file a complaint about it. Disgusting.

Windstream cut brush behind our lot and left everything in a huge pile in the corner of our yard. I complained and was told they would "look into it', but nothing has been done yet. I am 73 and have been sick and in the hospital most of this year and i can't physically deal with this mess. What legal alternatives do I have?

My neighbor accidentally cut the cable line while mowing. I called to report the problem around 1 PM. They sent a technician out to fix it around 4 PM. We heavily depend on the internet to get our works done so I couldn’t be happier with the prompt service. Thanks, Windstream.

Had problems since day 1. Always having problems with internet connectivity. Every night from 9pm-11pm the internet cuts out and is down for 30 minutes.Today (Sunday) we woke up and it was out completely. Called their customer service line and th we said a technician couldn’t make it out here until Thursday.. we both work from home.You very much get what you pay for with this company. It’s cheap because it’s a bad service. Do yourself a favor and go with someone more established. Trust me

I operate a business and use windstream as my service. My business depends on the internet and when it went down, the soonest they could come fix it is 3 days out. The person in customer service is out of country and is very limited on what they can do. The idea that windstream chooses to operate like this to businesses is mind blowing.

Atrocious customer service. They make trying to cancel service as difficult as possible. I left for military orders and neither the app nor the number on the web could help me. I ended up paying a couple months or service as I didn't have time to dedicate to hunting down a number of someone who actually could assist.While a customer, the router cut out quite frequently. Technicians were usually quick to respond and courteous with a couple of exceptions. This has not been my first stint with Windstream and was not impressed the first time. I only went with them because the apartment complex only had a couple options. For the cost, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Signed up with auto pay and service never happened. I talked to several Windstream employees. Christopher E was great, most gave me the run around and one was rude and breathed heavily into the phone. I do not recommend this company. I signed up with MetroNet in less than 10 minutes without any problem. MetroNet is even connecting my service on the day I signed up.

Took 3 appointments and a phone call to upgrade internet. Still didn't call ahead and was over 6 hrs late. Tried to drive off when he showed up. Had to flag him down. Been a month now and nobody has buried my new line. Told me yesterday by noon or sooner b/c the 7 to 10 days the tech quoted had already come and gone. CSR I spoke with the first time was disrespectful.

Absolutely atrocious service. Requested a tech to simply move my internet to my new apartment, and the guy never shows up or informs me when he may show up. And then proceeded to mark the order as delivered 4 hours after the scheduled time.

The most trash internet service available. But it’s a monopoly so what are you gonna do about it? That’s windstream service in a nutshell. It’s out more than it works. The initial sales people answer instantly but are scam artists that add services you tell them not to, and then it takes 2 hours to get a hold of the existing customer people who can’t seem to figure out how to remove them. If you don’t like it? Too bad.
