This bank is very UNFAITHFUL.They STEAL from the customers.At 5/3 Bank, you have 7 days before a overdraft fee is imposed.The bank manager Allisa is very deceitful and a LIAR.Your money is safer at HOME, under the mattress with the dog on top of it.

This has been my bank for about 4 years. No bank is perfect ive had to call and straighten things out in the past. However i dont want to switch banks. Im very comfortable with this bank and i feel my money is secure. The staff work long banking hours but are always polite and get things done timely. They only have i think two locations in lexington and maybe the same ammount of ATMs but that helps me save my money. Goodluck.

Save yourself the misery and go to the Location on Grey Lag Way. I have been banking here nine years because it was convenient to bank when I grocery shopped. But they are going down hill fast. Yesterday they deposited my money into someone else account and when I discovered the error I had to drive all the way back to the store with my deposit receipt and show them, I had to do this because they refuse to answer their phone or return calls when you leave a message. I mean I can understand they are busy at times but that really is not my problem. It is their problem and they refuse to address it though I have complained about it many times over the years. From now on I am going to The Grey Lag Way location. They always either answer their phone or return your call promptly. If I knew how to complain to their corporate office I would do so.

I found the customer service to be the absolute worst that I have ever experienced! Not only were the employees slow to assist customers, unfriendly & completely unhelpful, they created an uninviting, non- professional environment!
