We have Xact for out VOIP and network management. They are extremely responsive, and easy to deal with. We don't even think about changing service providers. Nick has been an especially good resource and we really appreciate all the help he has given us over the years.

Our non-profit ministry has used Xact for phones, security camera, and data for multiple locations, and they have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. When we had a fire at our main building a month ago, their representatives reached out immediately to help us get our phone system up and running, even taking phones to employees' homes so we could stay operational. They are quick to respond to every request, and they make sure our staff have what they need at all times. I'm so impressed with their business that I can't recommend them highly enough.
