About Hatfield & McCoy Museum, LLC
Come and visit the Hatfield & McCoy Museum, LLC in Liberty, Kentucky, where Jim McCoy, the legendary peacemaker of the Hatfield and McCoy Feud, called his home in his later years. In 1976, Jim McCoy played a significant role in officially ending the infamous feud by shaking hands and calling an official truce with Devil Anse Hatfield's only living son, Willis Hatfield. To pay homage to Jim McCoy and his grandson Jimmy (McCoy) Wolford, who both called Liberty their home, we decided to relocate the Hatfield and McCoy Museum to this charming city. As the largest collection of Hatfield and McCoy artifacts, collectibles, and memorabilia in the world, we welcome you to experience this unique piece of history. Come and visit us today!
