“Great staff always helpful... And last but not least this should go without saying they don't lock the store a minute early. I only say this because every store in Mount Vernon Kentucky especially Dollar general they first turn off any lights that signal to the public that they are open. That little trick starts about 45 minutes before official closing time. 30 minutes before official closing time your doors are locked and you have to knock on them. 15 or 20 minute Mark before closing time they are gone.”

“All Dollar Generals are about the same and you can usually find everything you are looking for at a good price. It is also very easy to find a store since they have pretty much popped up everywhere especially in rural communities which is great for people who live miles from town.”
“This was the best merchandised and stocked Dollar General that I have ever seen. I had to ask for the manager so that I could personally give her accolades. I think every Dollar General employee should be trained at this location or at least visit so that they could see a model example of what a Dollar General should be like. I only have one regret. I lost my and my son’s receipts and could not post this message directly through the corporate system. The manager and staff was so friendly. I hope you get acknowledged and credit for a Google post. “I love getting my little kid Kera Marie, her toys, and treats at Dollartree because they are cheap and have a great selection of toys also. Well, just once, they ran out of everything for my little kid. She is getting used to going in the store now. She loves heading towards the aisle she knows her toys are in. She isn't scared anymore and is starting to enjoy her shopping trip better. She drags me to her aisle now. She about knows how to get there herself. She isn't no different than any other child going to get toys. She loves picking out her own toys now, and after there, we are headed to get chicken nuggets for little Kera Marie. She enjoys going to town now because she knows she is getting something. She pouts if she doesn't get her bag when we get back to the car. She looked as if she was going to cry. That about broke my heart. She is very intelligent and sensitive towards things. She knows a lot more than you can imagine. I love being a fur mommy! I would do anything for my little kid, Kera Marie Wynn . The enjoyment she gets makes me a very happy fur, mommy!?”

“I am pleased to see so many friendly employees and I love how the customer service is, Im a regular shopper here and I have noticed how there are so many friendly employees that make me feel satisfied with shopping there and I do recommend they all get raises as they work hard and keep a smile for all of the customers showing how they will help anytime you need it. Actually this is the best branch as well.”
