Advance Auto Parts provides excellent service with very helpful and friendly employees. They greet customers upon entry and thank them upon leaving. The store serves as a UPS access point for undelivered packages, and staff are happy to check for items and answer all questions. If a part is not in stock, they can order it without requiring advance payment. The team is also understanding regarding returns, even without a receipt. Overall, the polite and wonderful service makes for a positive experience.
We needed wipers installed/ they did a great job installing, If you don’t know about their ACP ( protection plan ) ASK! It gives you an e tea 6 months on your wiper warranty and they replace your wipers for free within a time period. ( and it’s super inexpensive -around $3.00)

The employees are always willing to help and are friendly. Also if u have a UPS package that couldn't get delivered to ur home this auto store is a UPS access point . The employees had no issue with me calling several times to see if my package was dropped off . They were more than happy to check Everytime for me.
