Avoid this place like the plague! They will lie to you to sell you a phone, telling you that a trade in would give you $350 credit but when you try to bring them the trade in phone back, they DO NOT honor their own word. So, you pay the full price for a new phone and get nothing for trade in. They tell you to leave and call 611. It doesn't work that way, they are a sales store and made that sale! They also try to push older phones and stock out on you than the one you go in to buy. That very guy even tried to get me to bring my new phone back and do a refund for the older model. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! I will NOT ever be back at this store again and will be changing my service from AT&T to another provider ASAP!

Waited on hold for 30 mins and got tired of waiting. I'll just go somewhere else if it's gonna be like that every time I need to contact the store.

Well, I have never said this before about any business or of the staff of a business, but, it was the best retail experience i've ever had! Zach did an exceptional job with the sales aspect and meeting my needs as a customer.
He was very patient with me while the other carriers were trying their hardest to get me not to switch, but I could not pass up the exceptional deal and the customer service that I was getting with AT&T. My overall experience and satisfaction far exceeded my expectations. And I want to say thank you, I am very pleased with my brand new galaxy S25 ultra! Thank you guys so much. I haven't been to sleep in 2 days because of it. Lol.

We walked in wanting to switch providers simply to save money. We were treated kindly, served right away, and Clint and Jeremy took very good care of us. Clint quickly addressed our needs, went over the information, and made it all easy to understand. Honestly, we felt that we were treated as friends. He spent so much time with us, answering every question, and was professional as well as personable. Our outcome was switching to AT&T and indeed saving money, just as we had hoped. In addition, they applied promotions that paid off my husband's phone from another provider, which allowed him to get a brand new phone and still save money. Talk about customer service! We are more than happy, thank you guys!

Overall customer experience was great, but when I went to make a sale, I originally only wanted a ipad. The employees sat there and lied to my face saying I had to have a phone to get an ipad. I ended up calling Corbin,KY store and they were able to get me my ipad with a data plan and no phone. I understand trying to get sales but to sit there and refuse a sale because you wanted to get more out of it or whatever else is wild. I recommend going to Corbin,KY AT&T store store looks nicer and employees are amazing!

I went into the London store with issues with my iPhone and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly, they had the problem fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend 10/10

The staff at this store are so helpful. I had to go 4 times to figure out a problem with my phone, but every time they did their absolute best to try to help. The staff really do take care of their customers.
