The staff is very unfriendly rude and inconsiderate of the customers. does not know how to treat people like customers need to be treated. I didn't get the customer service attention I expected it was like they didn't care if they helped me or not

The people here are amazing. I don't know if the young lady, Destiny, is in any management position, but I think she should be. I came in the other day with my zfold 3 inside screen not responding to touch. Destiny probably spent 2 hours on hold on the phone, the computers were acting up. She finally gets to the right people, and my phone started working. She stayed on the line, got the information I needed, and gave it to me so in case something else happens to my phone. The last time I had to deal with a cell phone issue, my better half went almost 2 weeks without her phone. So I think she went above and beyond for a cranky old veteran

I was with Verizon and they was charging overage for my data, my address wasn’t in “range” of having unlimited data. The store immediately helped me switch carriers, and it has been wonderful ever since!

I went to Verizon and they were absolutely rude, so I decided to go over to AT&T and the manager Blake was absolutely so kind and he literally had me a brand new phone and what I wanted in less than an hour and was super friendly. ☺️ I definitely recommend London AT&T!

Destiny was such a great help with multiple issues and orders done at her store. She went above and beyond to help resolve previous phone plan issues. If you go to this store, seek her out to help you with anything you need there.

I didn't actually go into the place. I have called them to ask them if they had a certain cell phone in stock so that way I didn't have to travel all the way there and I was very bluntly told that they could not disclose their inventory over the phone. Okay so what's such the big deal and the big secret about that?. I actually view that as poor customer service. I'm also a long time AT&t customer. Tried to get the inventory through the website but the website didn't have no information at all. That's why I decided to call them and that's when I was told bluntly that they don't disclose inventory over the phone. I guess they don't want to take into consideration that a person doesn't want to travel up to 30 minutes to go into the store to see if they got inventory or not. Maybe they should consider that next time instead of just bluntly telling somebody that they don't discuss their inventory over the phone. Not everybody is a thief.

We arrived minutes before the store opened. Another guest had an emergency with a broken phone so she went ahead of us while another couple evidently felt they were much more important than us with three small children and the staff must have thought so too because she allowed them also to go ahead of us! Yes I am very unhappy with all of them! That is just rude on all levels!

I recently purchased a new iPhone at another store, however that store did not set it up accurately and my SIM card was not activated so I could not use my phone. I decided to go to the London store for help. Blake was super helpful and very friendly. He fixed my phone and had it up and running in less than 5 minutes! He was very professional and I would recommend this store 10/10.

After dealing with a weeks worth of torture and headache with AT&T's online customer service trying to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T, we finally went into the London store and spoke with Blake. He helped us get everything transfered over with ease and he made sure everything was done correctly. I really can not say enough good things about Blake and the London store. His customer service and dedication to his job, made our experience so much easier. If it were not for him, we would have never gotten everything worked out.
