Christian is absolutely amazing went way above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met!! Asked all around London at different auto parts stores for help, and they act as if there was no help!! Not Christian, definitely needs a raise!!!!!!!!

Bought a 4 pack of ignition coils for jeep one went bad when I was out of town, tried to return the part but employee claimed he couldn't refund the money for single item. Part had lifetime warranty

The hours on the door plainly say they are open until 9:00pm. I pulled up at 8:53pm only wanting a can of Freon. As I was getting out of my vehicle, an employee locked the door. So I motioned for him to let me in really quick. He said no. I went not even half a mile down the street to their competitor, Advance Auto, who also closes at 9:00pm. The door was still unlocked at 8:57pm and I was able to buy my can of Freon and be out the door before 9:00. So I guess I’ll shop at Advance from now on.
