I never understand if two people is on the same account they treat you as if your not on the same account. Just shitty service all the way around especially the little red head inside the bank. My father just had cancer cut off his face. While his card was canceled due to fraud. Son who has power of attorney and on the same account won't help him with new card less he's present.

I went in months ago to ask about any problems with my account. They either through neglect or incompetence told me my accounts were fine. They mailed me later to alert me my credit line was closed. I’ve been having problems with them since they bought out BB&T but this was enough for me to transfer my money out of the bank and into another institution. Most likely a credit union. The woman, Nikita, was dismissive, unapologetic, and appeared to have lacked any kind of knowledge over how her staff is conducting business in a day-to-day basis. Save yourself the trouble, find another bank to deal with your finances.
Edit: Nikita keeps calling me. I guess she saw this review and wanted to talk to me about editing it. I was in her office with these issues and she dismissed me. Why not do a better job when issues arise and not call over and over in attempt to do damage control? I need a bank that will have professional employees who respect me and my loved ones.
Second Edit: she’s back to calling me again for some reason. No context. Just a request that I call her back. It’s getting damn weird.

Ive been with them few years and ive ever only got 1st rate customer service. There was one instance, and yes I only remember the one time, where the younger bank team member had thought my1934 $20 was counterfeit, of course it wasnt, the whole situation was handled very professional and courteous. He was apologetic, but he admitted his "fault".

I've "worked" with the following for my business banking accts: SherryBlack, NikiBook (Nikita), JoePhillps (Joseph), BrittanyBlanton.There, I've named names when simple stuff like linking external banking acct still isn't done 6mos after my biz accts were opened in Jun2021.

This bank is a joke!! I had surgery and wasn't able too work for almost three weeks and everyday they've charged me a overdraft fee that shouldn't have been there from the start. Currently -$630 in the hole and will be in the hole for months trying to get this paid off because they can't help or do payments or anything at all. Don't waste your time with this bank unless you just want to go into debt

this bank is very very slow. ive only had an account here for about 3 months now, but I so wish I had went somewhere else. I've been in line right now for 15 mins, and there is one car in front of me. I'm very displeased with them. I'm going to switch banks.

Before the merger of BB&T and Sun Trust, I would have given BB&T (London) an A+; however, my experience today was an epic failure. Trying to get a problem solved was impossible. When finally talked to a manager, rude behavior and unwilling to accept responsibility and make amends for an error. I have been a customer for over 20 years but will be changing my accounts which is difficult and time consuming as I have automatic pay on several accounts. Worst customer service I have ever encountered with a bank or any retail store!

My family was very dissatisfied with our experience at BB & T. We received very curt & unhelpful customer service while trying to open a new account after moving to town. I am, however, grateful that we experienced this at the onset of our interactions with this branch before we committed the trust of our family finances to this bank.

Used their ATM to make a withdraw, even though the ATM there at the bank took my card and my money it said Sorry our Machine is out of order after the fact that it had already took my pin number and my amount. And it still took the money out of my bank account! I was so upset. And could not get my money back in the time that I needed it. I had to get out go in and talk to management, put in a complaint with them, and the only thing management said she could do was wait until 8 p.m that night to count the money left inside the ATM to make sure that it didn't give me the money, I had the receipt in my hand, Plus "Don't they have Video Surveillance"??? I call my bank and dispute against the amount taken, But then I still had to wait 42 hours for my money to be added back to my account! . . . Did I mention I was in an emergency situation??? Yeah, That's one bank I will never be back at.

My girlfriend got BB&T, it’s the WORST. They told her when she got the account that they could NOT charge for an overdraft fee. Well later on she got charged for an overdraft fee. It was 8 cents, and since she didn’t know it has now totaled up to 140 dollars. They will literally do anything they can to take money from you. They are the dirtiest bank I have ever seen. Never go here unless you want to lose money constantly and have the bank employees lie to you, which im pretty sure is illegal (telling her there can’t be an overdraft fee and then charging her with it). I’m outraged and will constantly bash BB&T every chance I get. NEVER GO HERE!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could.
