Big Lots has reopened with a whole new store layout, making it easier for customers to find items. Shoppers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who offer great service, including informing them about discounts. The store features a variety of bargains, similar to Kmart, and now includes clothing options. Customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, noting the store is not overly crowded. Staff members have even assisted with carrying furniture to cars, adding to the overall positive atmosphere at Big Lots.

Larry was absolutely amazing!!! He helped us disassemble our chairs when they wouldn't fit in the car and we are so grateful, 1000/10 for saving the day!

It has changed from the original Big Lots, but we did find some great bargains. I'm glad we went in.
