CVNB please fix your online Deposit software. We have been online banking for over 30 years. With today's technology this process should be efficient and easy to use.I have had the opportunity to Deposit two checks out of Many. 99% of the time the deposit will not go through. Now, it crashes and the check must be retaken and continues with with a popup "must be endorsed", With Name, acct number and mobile dep blocked checked on checks.

Been banking here for years. With thier help I have recently started building my credit and they have always gave me better interest and payments then any other local banks. Thier whole staff haven't been nothing but friendly and helpful. The deposit operations is awesome for working through situations and asking questions. Very friendly. The online banking app is great and they will also assist you with it if you have issues with it. Highly recommend!

Donald Kessler is the worst I've seen or heard of in mortgage loan officers. I didn't even use him. The lady buying my home is. Which they had longer then I did to get her information to underwriting. He is hard to get ahold of and then has no accurate information to give to them. Also had to send back information to KY Housing twice because he didn't make sure the client had all the info she needed to send, even common stuff like past tax return! She signed an offer on my house March 3rd 2021. With all of his inaccurate dates of when we should close. It is now May 12th! We were suppose to close on April 16th! Anyone with no sense of mortgage loans could do a more prompt and prioritized job efficiently. Also the buyer is now without a home paying for motel I guess cause her lease ended April. Meanwhile my family of 4 have all our stuff boxed up. Because again we are now a month past our initial closing date!

We switched to CVNB to get a hometown bank and avoid the fees and bureaucracy of our former bank (Bank of America). We did not find that here. The account creation process took about 60 minutes (in person) and they did not tell us about some fees that get charged monthly (paper statements) even though we told them we were leaving our prior bank because of fees. They also don't have the ability to sign up for online banking on a computer, you must print a form, fill it out, and then submit it.Update: CVNB reached out to us with a kind, helpful response and gave the kind of customer service that I'd hoped to find at a local bank. Thank you!

I quit banking here because account issues, confusing my account with someone with the same name. It was constant.

The site says they open at 8 but the door says 8:30.
