I witnessed the manager of this store cursing and screaming at a customer over a bag of trash in a shopping cart which was already in the cart when the customer started using it. After making a couple of calls, I learned that the manager's name was Tara. I don't know the customer who was treated this way, nor do I know whether that customer plans on reporting the manager to the corporate office. However, I filed a corporate complaint myself to report the manager's unprofessional and unacceptable conduct during the incident. I certainly hope the customer will be doing the same. If that customer happens to read this review, I would urge him to contact me in the event he needs a witness to this incident.This was unbelievable behavior from the store manager that should not be tolerated by corporate. I would not recommend this store to anybody unless management changes.

Was at this Dollar Store this weekend for the first I was couponing like I always do at different Dollar General Stores. Well this particular store I’m couponing I go to check out and the amount that showed on my coupon wasn’t the amount on the register screen so I said y’all must have a new system the lady said she didn’t know but obviously they did fine. She called her manager up first thing she said oh coupons red flag but I didn’t say anything she was trying to convert the price but it didn’t work she text her boss the lady text her said they don’t do coupons ? I said why not I do this all the time at Dollar General Store she didn’t have no explanation at all she ask to see the coupon showed because I screenshot some of my coupon because if I’m at Dollar General Store some have bad area where you can’t pull up nothing so I save mine I was like it’s couponing on Facebook I follow all the time even Dollar General Store facebook couponing the other lady said umm as if I was dang lying then the other lady said it was fake couponing ? are you kidding me I said no it’s not like are you serious the problem was the lady didn’t know what she was doing and then say my coupons fake smh pissed me off because for one don’t ever make it as if I’m coming to your store with fake coupons that’s bull because I repeatedly told her if you can’t get the price change it was ok. But instead of saying I’m sorry I just can’t get the price right you go from oh coupons, to your boss say ya’ll don’t do coupons ?, to my coupons fake .. so I left out and the lady was being so sarcastic saying ok bye have a good day bad manager with no skills at all.. but I recognize as well what kind of town I was in ..

Overall this is my go to store. Very seldom out of the things I buy weekly. Staff could use some training on dealing with the public and be a little nicer. The manager is always always on the phone when she is ringing up everybody stuff. Not professional at all. Really miss the old crew that used to be there

Since the new store manager has been at the Keavy Ky.dollar store it sucks now . I used to enjoy going to this store but not anymore! They won’t check you out even if you holler at them hiding in the front office or back of the store and she is So Rude to people. Her and some of the workers there now . I’ll drive out of my way to keep from stopping at this particular dollar store.
