I hate leaving a bad review here because I eat here often. However, today March 15th 2024 between 11:15am and 11:30am I was treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant by two female employees and one female customer. I was approaching the drive thru as I do several times a week at this location and was cut off by a female driving a silver SUV, She went right in front of me to the drive thru entrance but instead of ordering, she stopped before the speaker to rudely carry on a conversation with two female Fazoli’s employees that walked away from the back door near the drive thru to rudely carry on a conversation with the rude customer that cut me off hindering my ability to order or access the drive thru. So, I patiently waited but they could care less about me and my wife waiting to get in the drive thru so I politely tried going around them to access the speaker but the customer quickly pulled up to the speaker first. I then went inside to order. I noticed the same rude customer in the drive thru waiting on her order. One of the same rude female employees that rudely blocked the drive thru earlier took the woman her food and then again proceeded to block other customers by continuing their conversation in the drive thru. They should be fired, if not, I will not return. I hope to hear from management.

Food was great, service was too. The girl going around cleaning tables that was telling all the customers to leave their plates and she would get them,but to leave her a tip was a bit excessive. She came by 4 times while we were there.

So I had been craving some Fazoli's here for a hot minute now. Had an appointment up in London, so my husband and I stopped.Absolutely amazing*ALL* around.The atmosphere was very comfortable, and all the staff what we interacted with were honestly great. The guy behind the counter even went and located some parmesan packets for me.Food and Strawberry drinks were great.Honestly an all around great place.It's gonna be a regular stop now when we head up to London.

Bread sticks use to be a favorite but not anymore. Something has changed. Breadsticks are burned every time we’ve gotten them the last six times we ordered them. We won’t be ordering them again. Also we got two club subs that were so hard and dry we gave them to the dogs. To be fair it was late when we ordered them. Pizza is usually cold when we get it as a add on to our meal. It would be nice if you fixed the problem. I hate to complain but feel like we’re throwing money away.

Subject: Review of Recent Dining ExperienceDate: 12/05/2023I recently visited your establishment with my family and wanted to share my experience. While the initial interaction with the cashier regarding a coupon for a free cookie seemed to be a training issue, the main concern arose during the dining experience.Firstly, there was confusion about scanning receipts for points, and it appeared the cashier might not have been adequately trained. Moving on to the pizza, I noticed an issue with the crust; it was cold, and I was not able to eat the pizza seemed not cooked and the top seemed only halfway done. When I approached the staff, the manager assured me they would make a whole new pizza, only to later retract that offer and provide a single slice.The cook manager's behavior was unprofessional and rude, creating an uncomfortable situation.(That made the atmosphere feel like I was an unwanted guess)The manager's response was underwhelming when I brought this to his attention, and only after insisting did they agree to reheat the pizza.That's what I ask for in the first place. I came to enjoy my food and unfortunately could not enjoy it.Unfortunately, the reheated pizza still had an odd taste in the crust and dough.Additionally, this experience raised concerns about health and safety practices, particularly with the manager's initial reluctance to address the pizza issue appropriately. Clear communication and adherence to professional standards are crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.The inconvenience continued when I attempted to reheat the pizza at home, but it still didn't taste right. Dining out is meant to save time and provide convenience to paying customers, which, in this case, was not achieved.Regrettably, this experience has left me with reservations about ever returning, In the future, I will explore other dining options elsewhere that not only address customer concerns promptly but also prioritize the health and safety of their patrons. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement.Parking: Lots of parking.. place is Usally packed .. but parking never been a problem.

I love fazolis! I come here all the time. The baked lasagna has to be my favorite item. All the workers are very nice and helpful! The breadsticks are the best part and the food is always great!
