The Driver accidentally left my package at the wrong address, called facility and they had it fixed with in minutes, was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

If you guys are looking for packages this is the FedEx Express location whereas the Ground (Home) is on 600 Industrial Way in London, Kentucky.

The service personel was extremely understanding and nice. I was unable to sign for my package at the time of delivery due to being at work. I went to the facility and my driver wasn't due back until after closing time. The workers allowed me to come by after hours to pick up my package!
