Definitely one of the slowest receivers I've been to.. as a driver it's irritating to show up at 10am, get docked at 1315hrs, and now here it is 1500hrs and still not unloaded yet.. the disregard for our schedule and the audacity to think that they are our only stop in the course of the day perplexed me.. I watch three trucks that came in after me get unloaded before me... thanks for making me late to my next pick up...
FYI: if you have a delivery here, pack a lunch, take in a movie, and have a nice little slumber, because you'll have plenty of time... word to the wise: make sure your reload is flexible on your arrival time..

Unload time: 5+ hrs; 3 sitting, 2+ at the dock
I'm about to request a pallet jack and get it done myself...
Broker for the next pickup is bugging me...

I parked in the lot overnight. People here are nice and the drivers wave back at you. !! Delivered here 1/8/24 this morning . In and out ! They brought my paperwork out and closed my doors :) , thank you ! 24 hour laundry at the London truck stop also a plus !!

The people here are vary nice I check in at 8am for a 830am appointment got a door 20 minutes later was done vary fast and vary nice this place rocks good place to go

Impressive, all the way around. I rarely get to deliver or load from a 5 star shipper/receiver. Now, in my 28th year of trucking, I can finally say I have. You folks could teach a lot to the other clown wannabe shipper/receivers. THANK YOU!!!
