This place is so crooked. London Ky office . Double charged for everything. Tried to say we owed money. We didn't. Had proof we already paid fees. Didn't refund us. Please stay away from them.

Very rude. Very incompetent. Couldn't even find me in the system from last year! Claim to be 100% accurate but couldn't find my info in there system! Was luck to leave and go else where. J&j taxes was great recommendation by HR block thanks for not helping but actually you did.
