We had a dealership tell us we needed front and rear brakes on our c-x5. We called Jim and asked for him to look at it. He said only rear was needed. We found a great place for future repairs.

This guy is a joke. Paid $70 to get it towed to him. Had my car 6 weeks and doesn’t call and tell me anything. I call and he says I don’t know what’s wrong with it. That’s it. So now I have to go get it and take to a real mechanic. Wouldn’t take a bicycle to him.

Wouldn't provide me with an invoice or receipt cause he would have to charge me taxes on labor I said fine that's okay I would pay them but then he said it was waste of money all I needed to know they replaced my motor, added Freon for ac rear end grease and a quart of transmission fluid. Was quoted 600$ and I supplied engine, motor oil, and others all he was doing was labor. I paid 775$ for this service 175$ more than quoted price.
