I hadn't been to this Marshall's in a while but like most Marshall's it had a good selection of items.
I found a few good deals for Christmas and despite the crowd it didn't take very long to checkout and the cashier was nice and very polite.
I hope this Marshall's gets more items in for small Christmas gifts like I have bought in the past.
I plan on checking back in a week when I'm back in this area again.

Great prices lots too choose from plan on an hr or so to really see all the unique and trendy items they have. High end purses ,clothing and perfumes at a fraction of the retail price.

They had one poor guy checking out people and the line wrapping around. One guy comes up front to bring him a barcode for an item and then leaves to walk around. Not one employee came up to help him. Looks like they need some management desperately because their employees, except for the one guy at register, are terrible.

I shopped here all the time spending around 200-250$ a year. Now there's no reason for me to even go in. The selection of men's clothing has been reduced drastically.

Marshalls in London, KY, is a decent spot for finding bargains, but my recent visit was a bit underwhelming. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the selection of items was pretty sparse, especially in popular sizes. It seemed like a lot of racks were partially empty, making it difficult to find common sizes in both men’s and women’s clothing.
While there are usually great deals to be found at Marshalls, this location didn’t offer as much variety as I had hoped for. The home goods and decor sections were also limited, which was disappointing because that’s one of the areas where Marshalls usually shines. I did manage to find a few good items, but it took a bit of digging.
On the plus side, the prices were reasonable as always, and it’s clear they try to keep the store well-maintained. This might be a good stop if you’re just browsing, but if you’re looking for something specific or common sizes, you might have better luck at another location or shopping online. Overall, I hope they can improve the selection to make shopping here more worthwhile.

I visited that store few months back and bought a shirt, a shaving razor set, and a cologne bottle for under $28 bucks. I loved it.

Good clothes HORRIBLE STAFF (weekday afternoon shift)- cashier overrode clearance price bc "it didn't seem right" I asked her to scan the tag to check she said it did not have one- when i checked it at home-- matching UPC codes on tag and sticker-- MANAGER WAS PRESENT during this ordeal , more shocking is that they were discussing doing this to another customer bc they did not "think" that Steve Madden or juicy coulture brands would be so reduced!!! DURING A CLEARANCE EVENT I was disgusted with the service.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR OWN TAGS AND CALL THEM OUT WHEN THEY DO IT TO YOU BC THEY WILL.
If management if this business replies I am very willing to address this issue further and hope you take the time to investigate such a serious issue in customer service.
