My semi needed a forced regen. Steven came to get it done for me. He was at the site within 45 minutes with his computer and some really good conversation.
He was professional and polite. When my boss and our head mechanic called he spoke to them told them what he was doing then explained everything to me as well. Most mechanics don't tell me what's going on ,they just want to talk to a man...
We have a contract with Penske and every time I've had to use it I've had great service but this was top tier.

We rented a truck for 2 hours. When my wife returned the truck, she realized that they had locked the gate to the parking lot that our car was in. After about an hour of phone calls to the police, roadside assistance, and finally roadside assistance getting ahold of the owner, they came and unlocked the gate. Our phones were almost dead, and I was 13 miles away with our kids and no way to get to her…there were no Ubers in the area and it looked like the only option was hitchhiking or sleeping in the parking lot. My wife told the owners husband she expected a refund for the 65 dollar rental, and he said no and they processed our card first thing next morning. Gross incompetence all around, an embarrassment to the Roger Penske name (their keys are labeled Pensky if that tells you anything). Stay away.

I had a coupon online from the penske website and the mgr went off, she would not honor the discount coupon, it made her very mad, and she yelled at me and refused to rent to me, told me to leave, and if i called her boss then things would get.very bad for me, and then told my friend to get me out of. There. I never said one word out of the way to her, i just asked her didn't she have to honor the coupon and she yelled NO I DONT THEY HAVE DONE THIS 2ME ALL WEEK AND IM SICK OF IT, i started crying amd she said cry all u want its not gonna help nothing so leave now.. i had just.lost .my fave aunt and was emotional anyway, i ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DESERVE HER YELLING AT ME AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTING ME LIKE THAT, NEITHER ME OR MY FAMILY WILL EVER BACK THERE AGAIN OR OUR FRIENDS.

i rented from them sat and i couldnt ask for nicer place to rent from she took time out of her day to help me and i just want to say if i rent from there again ill always rent there great service

We rented from Penske the same time last year for the same trip we are making this year. Same 26ft truck one year ago was $451 to rent. Now it is $1999. They said it is due to availability. Apparently the more that people use Penske the more they feel they should charge. It was such a great experience last year using Penske but I will not be using them again due to their greed. U-haul and Budget are both renting a 26ft truck for under $500 and they have the same limited availability. So many companies are using the pandemic as a way to price gouge. Penske is no different. At least the young lady in the office was pleasant to deal with as she explained the exorbitant amounts they are charging now.

I've had to rent 3 times across country and drop off here. Love the little bird displays and bat house display as part of the store. The workers are super friendly and check in always quick. Great experience every time
