They had the best cheeseburgers in town, but unfortunately the wrappers they come in smell like the store now.... a nasty ashtray. The owner really should not allow the customers hangingn out inside to smoke. It's so bad that you can't walk inside for two minutes without smelling it on your clothes and hair for an hour afterwards. We normally order food for lunch at my office but no one can handle it anymore. No one wants to bite into a burger and smell an ashtray.

Slim Jim's are like 10 years old and the cigarettes are double the price of anywhere else in the county.

For the most part, I have been waited on by nice and friendly persons. Today, I was really treated badly. I am very friendly, patient, and I never talk poorly to people. My whole family eats at Pinetop at times. I like the food, never really had bad food there myself. Todays experience really hurt and I will make sure one of the friendlier individuals wait on me from now on. I will say that there was another person whom wasn't waiting on me who was very friendly and courteous. I treat people with respect, all I want is the same in return.

Now that its changed owners its back to its original glory. Good food, good service. You wanna get something good get a cup of soft serve ice cream. Best soft serve in the county, possibly tri- county. Better than McD's, better than DQ. Not as many options as the two but try it and you'll understand.

The prices change every time I come. There’s maybe 2 nice workers, the rest obviously hate their job and take it out on the customers. The first pizza I ordered, the cheese was black. I gave it another chance because outside of that, it wasn’t bad. The food is what keeps me coming here. The wait on the second, more expensive pizza (prices changed I guess) took me into my 30s, I sat in the parking lot for so long. Overall, the mozzarella sticks are the only thing going for pinetop.

Parked my big truck here for the night. Delivered at the Wal-Mart DC down the road. Come in and got a BLT sandwich and it was awesome! People were real freindly. Pros....room for a few trucks to park, open 24-7, cheap diesel, grill open all night. Cons....no showers, no beer and the parking lot is dirt. Other than that, its a nice little place to park and its very quiet. Parking available here when there is no room at the London truck plaza.
