Dee and the others at this location helped turned my family's disaster in the middle of a 12 hour drive into a smooth recovery process. Got a random windshield crack and ended up choosing them out of closeness to where the crack happened. Fast and great priced service. No complaints after getting windshield replaced.

The windshield replacement was great but I had to have new windshield wipers and the passenger side wiper seems to be to long to go all the way down after turning them off

Had my side window explode into the backseat...car seat, floor, seats covered in glass. Called my insurance, they got me over to Safelite.
I stopped by the London shop hoping to get a little bit of help but I got above and beyond level help. Dee cleaned out the glass, sealed the hole and scheduled me sooner than the phone person did. When James, the tech, arrived he was outstanding. Got the window replaced in about an hour and did a really good job. I never imagined this process could be so quick and painless...it was Dee, James and the folks on the phone who made it that way. Thank you.
