They told use the price for a fill in which was supposed to be $25. He told us $50 so we went to get the cash because they didn’t take cards. Well we finished, it took almost 2 hours. He then doubled the price and then convincingly the card reader worked to take the extra money he charged use. I will not be back they are dishonest people. I do not plan to be back

My little granddaughter had her nails done at the salon and it was a feeling they charge $60 for a fill-in. I think that is ridiculous for just a fill-in. I will not be back at this place ever again and you don’t need to know where I work at, that is none of your business.

Ya know, I was looking at getting my nails done today and after reading this owners responses to his unsatisfied customers and snarky comments, I won’t be visiting. It’s not worth the possible aggravation. Yes, sir, you are rude. You literally responded “haha” to a woman complaining about ripped nails and an infection. Learn to have proper business etiquette.

I have went to this nail salon for years. They have gotten very rude and unfriendly. The nails have gotten so they break easy then when you go back they are upset that they don't stay on... very unexceptable in a business. If I could give 0 stars I surely would

I got my nails done today. I sit in a chair for 30
Mins and they didn’t do my service til almost 4pm I was sitting in the salon since 2:30 pm they had the acrylic on but didn’t wanna paint them. They was being rude and obnoxious and it’s stupid bc how could they treat a 15 year old like that. They done a good job but they was rude. They got mad bc I couldn’t understand what they was saying. It’s crazy how people act. It’s craxy that they get mad at a 15 year old that has anxiety.

im very disappointed… usually top nails is a place i love but after today I wont be back. I asked for stoletto nails and they gave me this. each time I asked for them to be more rounded the guy laughed in my face… I paid $50 for a crappy job..

Not a fan of rushed services with multiple people working on one thing. Dislike how the skin around my nails look. Asked for it to be cleaned up twice and here we are….1st time customer can’t say I’d be back. Had higher hopes than the out come I got for something super simple.
