They mess all your meds up. Make you wait days on in for something they have in stock. Ilreally wish it would close down and rite aid was here. Walgreens has horrible self. Im had numerous problems out of the staff.

Terrible pharmacy go thru and they said just received my prescription but I had gotten a text that they’d received it 40 minutes before because it was close to lunch they wouldn’t fill it and told me to come back in 2 hrs when we went back to get it 3 hrs later still wasn’t ready and said wait 10 min then said oh we don’t have it at all check back Tomm.. plan to change pharmacy’s have been with Walgreens in London for 7 yrs..

They Don't bother communicating with physian. Spouse been out of anti depression meds over a week, doc been trying to order refill, rx keep claiming don't have request.
Don't care about repercussions on patient... do not put your health in these people's hands

Zero!for westernUnion service one day I go to send money by westernUnion they said go to fill in computer .But I have app by phone completely I told them but they don’t listen me .so I don’t know how many years the have experience

They are horrible.. my mom called for a week trying to get her meds and the boy that answer keeps hanging up on her.he thought she was on hold and said her daughter can pick up all her narcotics but can’t come get her other meds and they all was laughing!! This is her daughter I own a business and work very hard. Mom didn’t tell me about needing her meds I guess she didn’t want to Trouble me .. idk ..I could care less what anyone at Walgreens think you beneath me .

Today I was travelling to Canada and in order to cross the border I needed a Covid test.Jennifer in the pharmacy department helped me and even though it was time for her to leave, she stayed behind to administer Covid tests and was most helpful and courteous. What great service. thank you Jennifer.....
