I love having my own personal trainers right there with me every workout. I used to spend an hour and a half to two hours at a gym doing my own workout, and barely breaking a sweat because I didn't push myself or have a good game plan. In just 30 minutes, I have gotten a much more thorough, useful workout at 9Round. I love the fact that each round is 3 minutes and many rounds involve a lot of mental use to remember combinations,...so you don't have time to think about how hard something may be. I love that the workouts change every day. I am overweight and out of shape. Every single trainer at the Middletown gym is so encouraging, motivational and non-judgmental. Even at my current weight and workout level, I don't feel shamed or embarrassed. I recently had a pretty severe injury that forced me to stay out of the gym for almost 2 weeks. I truly missed it. Once back the trainers are all modifying my workouts to cater to my injury and insure I still make the most out of my workouts with my limitations. I HIGHLY recommend trying 9Round Fitness!!!

I love and enjoy 9 Rounds. Great work out before or after I get off work. Scott and Rachel are the amazing trainers that work with me usually. Great encouragement and they help motivate me to do more and more each time. If you want an awesome work out and awesome trainers this is definitely the place for you.

I LOVE 9 Rounds! Quick, high impact workout! I’ve lost 6 pounds in the 4 weeks I have been attending classes. Love the convenience of walking in to class without having to schedule a set time. The trainers are also patient and kind when helping me too. CHAD ROCKS!!!

Great gym and trainers. Brandon, Alyssa, Matthew, Robyn, Brett, Chad and Jeff make working out a lot more fun than anyone ever has in the past for me. The work out concept simple, 3 minute rounds, just like boxing, 30 seconds between each x9, gives you a full body workout in 30 minutes - so in addition to being fun, it’s quick!

It has almost been a year since I have joined 9Rounds and it has changed my life. I am addicted to these workouts and you can always count on something different t challenge you. Its just a friendly environment and it is really no judgement. This workout is for all levels. I have had so many friends join after me just seeing my story and how much I love it. I would recommend 9Rounds to anyone.

I just completed my trial at 9 rounds and of course... I loved it. This isn't my first time trying this facility nor will or be my last. This is however the first time I went for a full week and didn't punk out and stop going. The intense 30 minute work out is just what I needed to get into the groove of getting my body tone and healthy. The facility is nice and clean. You spend 3 minutes or so at each round and you don't realize how much you are workout out because you are having so much fun kicking and hitting. The trainers are motivating and definitely help you with improving your technique. If you haven't been you should try it. They allow you to drop in for the current rate of $15. Check it out for yourself!

This place is awesome!!! All the trainers are attentive and keep you motivated throughout the 30 minutes. The workouts change daily and the no class times means you can drop in whenever you want! I would highly recommend 9R to anyone.

We love 9Rounds! No matter what your fitness level or sports background these amazing trainers guide, teach and encourage you every step of the way and on your schedule! No annoying class times, one on one training and a fun, high energy environment to help you reach your goals. I love the changes I've seen just in the few months since I've started. So much more progress than anything else I've ever done and so much more fun! Hands down it's the best workout ever!
