It was an extremely bad experience and I will never come back again.
I came on the time to do fingerprints and after I left I had received an email from them saying that I have to rebook an appointment to do fingerprints again due to a bad quality of reporting and did not consider their faults at all and didn’t cooperate with my condition.
I asked them to use the bathroom and they said isn’t working properly 😭😭

I bought my membership online so this is just a general comment. I had to use triple A today, my oil leaked (burst tube or pipe idk) leaving the car unable to be drived. I called triple A and from the initial call to arrival it took only 30 min to have someone out there. I was so relieved and happy. I have the 100 mile towing option and I'm so grateful for triple A. This is the first yr I've owned it and I can frankly say it was well worth it. The tow trucker was incredibly nice and friendly. Very professional.

The people at this AAA office are great -- the problem is that they work for AAA which has become totally worthless in the greater Louisville metro area.Three and a half HOURS to handle a road service call that was listed as a "Priority" call because the car was on the side of the Interstate Highway! This was not some super-cold winter morning or following a storm when they have a larger than usual number of calls. It wasn't in the middle of the night when the wrecker services are closed. No this was a Friday morning at the end of April, a bright sunny morning with nothing out of the ordinary going on. AAA supposedly dispatched Mosby to tow the car at 8:03AM and it was 11:15 before Mosby could be bothered showing up. Completely unacceptable! I hate to blame this office for the problem, because they had absolutely nothing to do with it. This is entirely the fault of AAA East Central region, not the local office, but Yelp doesn't have a category for the overall headquarters so you have to tie the review to the individual offices.AAA in the Louisville area is getting a bad rep because they have a contract to use Mosby for towing and transport services, and Mosby simply doesn't give a damn about responding to AAA calls because they know they have the contract.

Ive had AAA since I were a teenager, and they have always been there for me. Be it a can of gas, locked keys in car, or needed a 75 mile tow. A+
