I purchased a bedroom "set" only to be told the dresser & nightstand are "out of stock" & cannot be ordered by me OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER" But I'm looking at both of them right there in the store, at Hurstbourne. I ask, why can't you sell me those but told by the sellsperson that they have a "No-holes" policy 🤔 because they are bolted to the floor. She's just doing her job, so I call corporate & they say speak to Mark, the manager, because it's at his discretion to remove that set because it is no longer available, & replace it with something that is available & make them available to me or... so I go back & speak to Mark!! Long-story short, I have NO dresser or nightstand to match my bed! Most will say, "Cancel that bed order!" But, my existing 15 yr-old wooden bedrail is broken & I'm moving into a new place this week, praying to just get the new metal bedrail I ordered delivered. So you decide!? Is this the place where you want to shop 🤔 ? Deliveries are 2 or more weeks out!! Try scheduling that & working!?

My experience has been horrible, horrible customer service from the representative who assisted me, horrible assistance from the manager Mark, and horrible delivery. I had to sleep on the floor of my apartment last night because of the unprofessionalism that this store continues to show. The lied about being on their way to deliver 3 times and never showed up. Best believe that the Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau have been contacted.

I ordered and PAID for a washer and dryer a week ago. Was supposed to have already been delivered. It’s is NOT delivered and every SINGLE time I’ve called I’ve been HUNG UP ON! If I don’t have my appliances by Monday I’ll be contacting the stores owner.

Terrible experience, NO ONE knows what they're doing there at all. What a joke!!! When I spoke with the "Manager" obviously upset because no one seemed to know where my purchase was even tho online it showed "delivery pending" and they had me set up on a payment for tomorrow. Keep in mind, I don't have the product. Customer Service claims the store sets up the payments. The Manager claimed I set the payment up. Why would I pay for something I don't have. So in the conversation where I felt justified for being upset, the "Manager" was rude and starts getting loud. Needless to say after letting him know how he wasn't about to talk to me I canceled my order and I do not recommend them at all unless you need more hassel in your life.

They never awswer the phone. I was supposed to have a new washer delivered it was broke. They told me that would deliver it, that never happened. Poor service

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the past general manager of this store but the new one, Daniel, is fantastic. EVERYBODY I've dealt with has been great. I bought a 55 inch TV and had 1 payment left and the TV went out... completely stopped working. So I was given a smaller "loaner" TV. 4 or 5 months went by and I had already paid off the TV but the general manager at the time couldn't tell me when it would be replaced. I don't even think Daniel was there a month and he replaced my TV. Daniel and Mark and everyone that I've had to speak to have been incredible. I've been a customer of Aaron's since 1999 and this is the first time I've ever had anything break or stop working. Love this store. Seriously, if you're going to lease from Aaron's, deal with this store!

Ordered a tv, driver was on medical restrictions and couldn't carry or unpack tv, tv was damaged when we opened the box, never got to watch it, feel like tv was switched, they won't pick it up or replace it, crooks

The staff at this store is rude and completely unprofessional. I ordered a fridge the day before thanksgiving was told it would be delivered on the 29th and it never was . I went to the store to see why I didn’t get my fridge and the general manager Lisa Grajales told me it wasn’t her fault and the only thing she could do was get it to me on the 30th . I agreed to this and told the between 11:00 and 12 would be fine and they never showed up again . I get to the store today and was told my order was being cancelled due to my attitude even though I’ve waited 2 days and missed work to be home for delivery. They need better customer service at this location and I am going to take legal action because the police where called on me for trying to receive property I payed for . I am livid and my food is at home going bad due to these many inconveniences!

They have some decent stuff. However, You will pay for it. There Interest is a little Steep. So pay it off early if you can. I realize some people have to do it, but now days, You have PayPal and other different loan companies that credit is pretty easy to get w/o such High Interest.

Management team is a joke they don’t keep up with the accounts. They’ll wait several months or when your bill is over $200 to start reaching out to let you know that you were behind and there’s a little to nothing they can do.. we provided two separate debit cards for the payment to be taken out, but they only put one in the system. Why would you allow an account go past due if we’re thinking you’re taking money out when you’re really not, anything $12 a week looks like Aaron touched your account.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered appliances online for 2-3 day delivery and it’s been 2-3 weeks and nothing. Store doesn’t even bother to contact you about what’s going on either. They do not care about their customers but have no issues taking money out of your account for products you haven’t even received! From the store manager on down I have had an horrible experience from everyone I’ve talked to. Not once have they called me every time we communicate I have to call.

If I could give it a zero I would. The sofa my daughter in law got is expensive and a complete piece of junk. After a couple of months it’s falling apart. The fabric is thin and wood frame is poorly made. We have tried multiple times to get the company to come and pick it up. They have given us a date and time frame and then never show up.The couch is about to be thrown in a dumpster if they don’t come and get it.
