Horrible horrible horrible!!!
We are soo frustrated,upset, and angry. 😭😭
My mom has been renting from them on and off since I was a little baby so it has been many years and have never had a problem until now. We have been trying to get a dryer since December 2nd. Somehow our online application got messed up and we had to go in and redo the application and got it sorted so we waited 2 weeks still hadn’t heard anything so we called them back and they sold the one we were supposed to get so we agreed on a used one from them and waited another week and called and they delivered it but it didn’t have lint trap and was throwing codes and wouldn’t work so we waited another 2 weeks for them to fix it but they were confused about it so had to explain it to them and they agreed to bring a loner one till the right dryer was fixed and so they delivered that and we’ve had it for over a month and called back multiple times to see when we would get the original one and they just kept on promising next week, next week, next week and on and on till we just gave up, until we got a letter in the mail about not paying the payment and they were going to come get the dryer and blah blah blah so we called them because we have been paying it every other week like agreed and he didn’t know why they sent out a letter and so he finally had them deliver the dryer we had originally that was fixed and take the loaner back but it didn’t have a lint trap and it was throwing codes again!! And so we called them back and he said we would have to wait another 2 weeks for it to be fixed and he got an attitude with us saying it must be us cuz he ‘tested’ it there at the store and it worked fine. So we just asked for the loaner back but in the end he’s coming to get the dryer back and canceling our service and told us to go elsewhere because he’s had soo much success with his other customers and we were basically causing too much trouble. We have been trying to get a dryer (the dryer we agreed on the lease) for OVER a month. The 2nd will be 2 months. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 we are soo disappointed and angry!! We were being understanding considering it’s been almost 2 months but then this happened.

Wish that I could leave a lower grade. They are very rude. They will not fix their products when there is a problem. I had a washer from there they did not fix it was broken for over a month. Told him to come get it, 3 weeks later they finally came . All after repeated calls to store and customer service. Don't waste you money going there.

Very rude and they dont fix anything that you are paying for had washer that wont even turn on and never fixed it it was down for over a month

Can't give it any higher than 1 star. Technically should be a zero. My mother in law, wife and daughter stopped by to look at beds. They walked around for 10-15 minutes and left. In that time no one came to help them except a dog that came running out from the the back. Absolutely zero customer service. Not sure how you stay in business when no one greets/helps customers. I guess the cost cutting is hitting hard when yall can't afford to pay actual people to sell merchandise to customers who walk in.

Auto pay was scheduled for today Friday, it didn't go through because I had to put all my money into a new car, my transmission went out Thursday. Friday, same day the payment didn't go through, they called me saying they would come pick the items up if I didn't make a payment tomorrow, I responded with, because I'm 1 day late? They said no your 6 months stopped mid sentence and correct them selfs to say oh that's fine. I'm not behind on payments. I've had the account for over 6 months, this isn't a common occurrence. This is very bad business. Next time, I'll just gladly return the items. This definitely was not okay. I figured paying it in full the following day wouldn't be an issue, absolutely mind blowing. Upon further review of my account on the Aaron's app, it shows I'm up to date until July 5th. Interesting maybe it's time to retrain how to read the accounts. After further review, my auto pay was originally set for one Friday one Saturday, they were changed for both on Friday without my knowledge. What's going on over there?

Worst experience I ever dealt with. I ordered a set of couches online. I waited three weeks and twice I got my delivery service canceled because their employees called off sick. Then the manager Daniel straight up lie to me and gave me his word that they would deliver my couches I waited at my house all day just to be called at 8:30pm to be told that the delivery wasn’t coming. I had to cancel my thanksgiving party because Daniel lied to me. Thanks to bobs furniture I have couches now.

I placed an order on 11/13/23. No called to set up delivery. I called them on 11/16/23 which was a Thursday. A lady answered and said they’ll call me back after they place the order, so they can set a delivery time. (I thought they seen my order and place the order to get the items delivered atleast 2days after my order but I had to do their job and call them) not event 5 mins after I got off of the phone with them they called back like oh we actually have the set here so we can deliver it Monday. Monday comes I called at 10 when they open and they said they will have deliver by the end of day. I worked 11-7pm. So I waited and waited for a call no called. So I called them and tell them that I had to go on break soon, so let me know about the status of my delivery. They said, do I have someone to help me bring it up as It’s not a part of the delivery. I told him no. Then they said what do I have someone that could set it up. I don’t have the tools and I am a single woman, so no I don’t have anyone that can set up a whole bedroom set. They said we will have to deliver it tomorrow, because we don’t have enough manpower. So asked for discount. He said that he would give me a call back after he spoke with the manager. No one ever called me back. I’ll call back Tuesday and he said his manager never responded, but they have me down for delivery. I said, could you re-ask your manager to see what he said because I sat there and waited for delivery all day yesterday and no one showed. He said yes he’ll give me a call back, no one called for the whole day. Wednesday come around I called them when they first woke up and they said oh yes we have a delivery for you today. I told him to cancel because I’ve been waiting over 72 hours for the bedroom set.My recommendation is not to go here. Buddies is a little more expensive, but they are professional and they get the job done.

I put a order in online and it was complications to where I had the come in the store showed my ID. I came into the store to show my ID. And now they can't seem to do my order. Was told that they would order it and get back to me. Haven't heard from them since.

False advertising. They say get approval online. Yea right, ordered washer n dryer n they denied me because they failed to be able to verify my identity???? Smh geesh I cld give them whatever they needed to verify myself and that still wasn't good enough. I will probably just use rent a center

They will Literally ring the doorbell 8 freakin times after being a week late! Totally not cool man, 7 times wouldve been sufficient ya know! and we didnt even rent anything from 'em!Ive edited this review because i wanted to reply to Tavius. I want to apologize because it really wasnt that big of a deal to speak with the employee from this location and I didnt want to get him in any unneccessary trouble at work. Other than ringing the doorbell a few too many times, he was absolutely professional during our conversation. I needed to make that clear. the other rude condesending remarks I made were definately inappropriate and uncalled for. The employee did present himself professionally, so seriously no need for an A$$ ripping. I hope you get to read this edited version before speaking with any upper management regarding this employee.That being said, I do want to add the fact that the communication at this location should be addressed. The previous Aaron's employee that stopped by was informed about the individuals that rented property from Aarons no longer resides at our address. Apparently that information was not relayed properly or documented in the rental agreement on file. This would be something that should be stressed to all the employees there, so occurances such as this one doesnt happen in the first place.So to sum it up.. Doorbell rang repeatedly, employee polite/professional, previous info regarding renting individuals not documented from prior atttempts, Sorry about the facetiousness. hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
