Hi don't come here to deliver it's very bad I have an appointment at 11h00 am. I checked in at 8h00 am. earlyThe receiving he said don't have this delivery I tolke with the manager he said wait after like 12h00 I back he said it's okay just give me time make some space to deliver again I back at 13h30 he said again wait after waiting 15 min he come he said you don't deliver here sorry some one will call your dispatcher it's the worst company thanks.

What a pleasure doing business with a great company. I have had so many bad experiences with delivery companies that when you finally get a good one you definitely should leave a positive review. Driver was polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. All items delivered in good condition.

Emailed day ahead with returned message of when I would arrive to pick up a customers order that they could not take themselves they open at 8 I got here at 8:45 took 10 mins to even find where driver check in was and all their guys didn’t even care to help direct place smells like a 2 week old portopot that has been baking in the sun I finally check in get told a dock to pull to had to wait another 30 mins before they would load me then refused to even sign my paperwork

This is by far one of the worst service providers I have ever encountered. They contacted me on Friday to notify me that they have my freight and to schedule delivery. They referenced a spiral staircase (which is not what I ordered) and after insisting that I’m expecting a sliding barn door, not a spiral staircase, the rep said “well, that’s probably what it is”. So, we proceed with scheduling delivery for the following Monday. I was told I would get a call one-hour prior to delivery, and delivery hours were 9-5. Fast forward to Monday. I wait home all day and was never contacted. At 4:00 I called to check on my delivery. I was informed that they are short staffed and couldn’t get to it. No one notified me. So, they rescheduled delivery for Tuesday. Once again, no call, no show. I call again and the rep informs me they’ve subbed it out. She calls the company and the owner supposedly informed her that he didn’t have the manpower to get to it, but he plans to call me in the morning to schedule delivery for tomorrow. I’m stunned at the indifference and incompetence of this company. Do yourself a favor and find someone else!

I gotta say being in the industry for over 40 years now and the way things are today with so many carriers providing absolutely horrible service and customer service. Certainly not all of them and I could name the ones that are just absolutely horrendous today. But this company ABF is hands down pretty damn good. Thank you for that.

Thank to this company that brought the cube on time and picked it back on time. The person who delivered was nice and courteous compared to what I usually have seen in Kentucky. The louisville service was good as expected. I recommend their Upack service it is good.

If you want to deal with the hassle of lost packages then I suggest shipping with this company. My husband ordered a printer from B&H Photo Video and they used this company to ship our printer (B&H is horrible too as they won't give a refund for a lost package and told us that they couldn't give us information on the printer but if we don't get it by the end of next week then call back and they will look into it). We have been told by ABF that they don't know where the package is but it is probably on the way. My husband spoke to a lady named Edna who said it could possibly be on it's way to California with other packages from B&H but she can't say for certain b/c it didn't get scanned. Spoke to another guy who said it may be on a train but they won't know and can't check until the train stops so it will be next week before we will know for sure b/c it's a holiday weekend. The scanning system said it arrived in Louisville, KY (we are in Somerset, KY) but they had no knowledge of that. We were told by one of their representatives that it was in Dayton, OH and probably got mixed up there but now they don't know where it is. My husband spent $1700 for this printer and it is a shame that we can't get our money back. We just have to wait to see if this mysterious printer will pop up somewhere. Would be nice for it to show up at our house but I won't hold my breath. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Although I am insanely frustrated, at least one guy we spoke with was honest. He said that this stuff happens all the time so beware if you use them.
