Drivers James and TJ please send these two young men to assist my husband each time we use your services.What I like most was they made me feel comfortable because they were attentive to my husband. They talked to him explained what they were doing to assist him.They did not treat him as tho he wasn't even there. They were professional at all times. Another company pulled up with loud music blasting. With Dementia loud music could trigger more confusion and trigger a behavior plus agitation Thank you .We will b using your services again

Last Thursday, Able Care Transportation picked up my husband, who was not ambulatory at the time, & transported him from the Rehab facility to our home on a stretcher. CJ & James were professional, courteous, & focused on safety. While several other local transport companies could not accommodate our particular needs, Able Care had the equipment (& manpower) to bring my husband home safely. I appreciate the kindness & patience of Megan in the office who handled my request. After speaking with her I felt very assured of my choice. CJ & James were prompt for pickup & made sure my husband was comfortable before they left our home. I highly recommend Able Care Transportation; they earned our trust & if needed, I will call upon them again for transport.

I had opportunity to recently interact with this company as they transported a resident where I volunteer. The transportation gentlemen were considerate, professional and interacted with the resident to insure that she was aware of what they were doing and that she was as comfortable as possible. They were excellent!

Five star all the way. Not only were they timely, but the level of professionalism was above and beyond the call of duty. As well, Angela and CJ treated my 91 yo mother with great respect, paying attention to her special needs while making sure her dignity was always preserved. For example, at one point during a transfer from the transport van to the specialty clinic at Vanderbilt, my Mum's skirt became bunched up high on her thighs. CJ made sure that, before she was transferred into the clinic, her clothes were smoothed and appropriately positioned so that she did not feel inappropriately exposed. He did this without being prompted. That kind of decency speaks volumes about the character of this organization. This medical trip from Louisville to Nashville and back took several hours and i rode with my Mum in the transport van the entire way. Angela and CJ were easy conversationalists - not an awkward moment the entire time. You want medical transportation by professionals who actually care about people? You won't go wrong with Able Care!

Their handling of getting me from my bed and back into it was flawless - including going up and down the 5 steps on my porch. I recently broke my leg and had great difficulty find a transport service that would get me from the Second floor to a vehicle to the Dr and home. that was the case until I contacted Able Care. They visited my home, did and assessment and were able to get me to and from the second floor to the Dr. Their approach is they can and will do what others cannot. They are consummate professionals and service focused. Their fees are extremely fair. I highly recommend them.

I am james Scott and I am writing able my ride to my appointment the the 29 th of December. My driver me robin Mattingly was friendly and courteous and was very polite. Life can be full of regrets, my one regret is not contacting Able Transportation sooner to transport my mother to and from dialysis. They go out of their way to provide the best service. Prior to using them I had all sort of issues. I was consistently worried about whether my mother made it to and from dialysis ok. CJ is an exceptional employee. He does an outstanding job of keeping me up to date on any changes. I was extremely thankful and impressed that he left his home late one night to transport my mother from the ER back to the nursing home. It has been a true blessing working with them during this difficult transition in my mother's life. I highly recommend Able Transportation to anyone looking for wheelchair transport.

I stand and salute the Able Ambulance company and especially the two attendants that came to transfer Major Keith to Wilmore Ky,.to the Veterans Home. Jordan Thompson and Trey Buford were very professional and represent this company well...They were very kind and caring toward this patient Major Keith....I recommend the Able Transfer Medical Transport to anyone that needs this service..
