I called all over the city for a part. No one was as helpful and friendly as Cody was at this ACE. I went to the store after work to get the part and he was just as friendly. Highly recommend this family-run location! Thank you, Cody 🎉

My employer and I stopped in to buy some paint. I soon noticed a female employee with her infant strapped to her chest, following me around. I asked her if I could help with something. She then accused me of stealing a flashlight. I immediately raised my shirt and contented to a search. I was looked at and treated like something she had stepped in. She unsencerly apologized to my employer but not me. I am already in touch with an attorney. I, and hopefully my employer, will never shop here again.

My first time here and was almost my last time here due to conflict in interests. I say this as I was not coming to steal but shop and once they found out multiple business accounts were opened and I was authorized user they changed their tune.
I never like the fact of coming to store getting greeted can I help you and I say no thank you but then I'm being followed and watched by this person.
Over all I shopped here a couple more times and no issues other than prices and quality
Slim wood selection and very high trim prices. Little to no primed quarter round or brick moulding so watch that.
Much was 1.99 for 40lbs do we tore that up.
This is not a go to store but a store to go to if you forgot an item or something unforseen pops up on your finale push
Shopping as a daily go to is not recommended due to prices and inventory selection

I ordered a Weber grill from this Ace location and it was delivered perfectly assembled and on time. Unfortunately, there was a factory part that needed replacement. I called and Dave, the store manager, reassured me that they would take care of it. Once the part arrived, they came out and took care of the replacement for me. This is the kind of service you will never get at a big box. Couldn’t recommend more.
