This place is trash . They make it difficult to get your rental even if you already paid in advanced they require a $400 security deposit. This caused many problems with my reservation.

Our experience in Louisville airport Alamo was more than outstanding. We were assisted by Louis who was very professional and courteous and we enjoyed our experience so much that we will only rent from Alamo from now on.

Not bad. Counter help was friendly enough. The only choice I had was either an elantra or a tesla. And tesla in the mid west ain't the best choice

Great selection, good price. Friendly staff. The staff gave good directions to pick up my car. It was less intimidating than I thought it would be. I would rent from them again. The photo attached is the Mitsubishi outlander I rented.

The entire experience was pleasant, we picked up the vehicle late at night with no problems, and dropped off 5 days later with nary an issue. Very pleased with the experience overall! Thanks so much!

This car rented thru Alamo was the 3rd for us in the last 2 months (other 2 from Avis). Our Alamo experience was exceptional in comparison. Alamo staff was professional, welcoming and extraordinarily customer service oriented. Alamo vehicle was clean and well maintained. This, our third trip this year, was made so much more enjoyable by Alamo. Will choose Alamo in the future.

Be careful with this company before you rent a car. Please put a piece of tape on your mouth because of one of the employees does not like you they can put you on a list that says do not rent you for the rest of your life and you wouldn’t even know it, so somebody did that to me and I didn’t even know it and then I read it 1234 times no problems then when I came to Kentucky, I sat on the bench for four hours and they told me the place is closed on Sunday. I still haven’t heard from their company the holding company. Be careful with these people now when I contacted Lasvegas where it happened turns out I talked talk to one of the managers and he said everybody that rented me a car past the time that I wasn’t supposed to get it so the four managers are going to be fired. What kind of man is he? What about their families? this is a big company. I don’t suggest you use Alamo anymore or if you do use them you better put some tape over your mouth because any employee that doesn’t like you can put you on that list. Shame on Alamo Rent-A-Car.

DO NOT RENT WITH ALAMO. Worse Car rental I’ve ever experienced. I tried to change a location at the same time of return. Called a week before to change the rental agreement, they quote me on 150 dollar, I asked if I can call back later they said no problem. They did not warn me about the price increase or difference that will happen. Called back the next day. They Quote me on 450. I decided to book the plane ticket to the return spot and then when I called back deciding to take 450 and change location. They now say the difference is 750. The whole rental agreement was 750 in the beginning. So they doubled the price for for the whole rental agreement. With NO CONSISTENCY in this company, I decided to complain this lady i called had a terrible attitude saying it was common sense that the change will increase in price even though no one that I’ve EVER spoken with inform me this. End of story I would never have another rental with this company would give a zero star if I could.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I rented my car from Alamo and barely used it as it stayed in a parking lot for most of the weekend. When I returned the car, the guy looked it over and said it was good while thanking me. The next day, I get a call from Alamo saying I have a small crack on the passenger side window. I told them I had no idea how that happened as it sat in a lot and I would have noticed a crack. The representative said I would not be charged for it, but a few days later I get a letter from Alamo stating that I am now responsible for the broken window. Luckily, I got the added insurance coverage but this was super sketchy to me.

Fantastic Customer Service!!!! The Dodge Charger was a Welcome Surprise!!! I really Enjoyed driving it. Nice interior, great leg space in the back seat, and nice trunk size. This was my 1st time in a Charger and it Lived up to it's name!!! Fun& Fabulous ?I had a minor issue which Customer Service addressed, and handled immediately upon my return!Thank you Enterprise, Alamo,& National group!!!
