I worked here and everyone was pretty nice. My kiddo goes here and he loves being there. He’s came home everyday happy and excited to tell me what he did for school. He loves all his teachers!

Very unorganized and unreliable as a stable job, the owners are delusional and have no sense of responsibility or respect for their own daycare! The owner makes the workers do her job for her because she just cannot handle her life and the responsibility of an owning a business, let alone a daycare! She will let staff abuse eachother, and the only consequence is a write up! She will favor and let certain employees call of sick all day or do repeat no call no shows, and not others without consequences. She also participates in “he say she say” drama and honestly believes anything her favorite employees tell her!

They had my son sit in a wet out fit all day when I had brought extra , giving my son cold milk when I asked them not to , they don’t clean the the rocking chairs that the baby’s sit in or bleach the baby bottles it’s just really sad though it would be better but it’s not worth my son getting sick they don’t clean the toys the place is just disorganized wouldn’t waste your money , the manager Tammy is moving to fast and losing control wouldn’t work or send my kid there .

I've heard so many horror stories from this place. Ignoring allergies, racism, abuse, neglect. Just go somewhere else. This isn't the one.

I just saw a statement from an employee here, and please DO NOT send your children here, the owner is on the fast track to be charged with some serious crimes, from how she treats the children/staff. Your child is not safe here, physically, mentally, or emotionally. I've never felt so compelled to leave a review for a place. Babies are left to sleep on their stomachs, owner screaming at kids, filthy premesis, keeping peanut butter in a facility with a severely allergic child, children hitting other children, babies in soiled diapers for hours, multiple choking hazards. RUN!

This place is genuinely horrible. Bottles are rarely if ever cleaned. Toys are never cleaned nothing is ever sanitized. The entire place is a mess and that is why they can't keep employees. As a former employee I'm posting this to warn parents. I was never told about childrens allergies etc. Babies were left to sleep on mats or on their stomach. Weeks old puke was stuck inside a baby walker that spilled onto a baby. Just a horrible terrible place. Be careful.

My daughter has been going here since we moved to Louisville last year! The teachers are so good with her and she absolutely adores them! This is the first time she’s ever been to daycare and I wouldn’t want to have her anywhere else! You can tell they all truly care about the kids! My daughter has learned a lot! They became like family to me and my daughter, and I’ve very thankful for those ladies there!

My experience enrolling my daughter in this daycare was an all around good one. We recently moved so she doesn’t currently go here anymore, but all of the staff and teachers are always very nice and attentive. I personally liked their safety measures when dropping off and picking up. My daughter got along with all of her teachers and friends. They are usually responsive when I call and always happy to give me the occasional update on how my kid is doing. She really learned and grew a lot during her time here at Alphabet. Your children are in good hands here!

Our child attended their preschool for almost two months and they had already had a teach quit because the Director Tammy was nasty to her and apparently yelled at her in front of the children. The Director came off nice but then showed multiple times poor professionalism and flat out rude. She did not speak to my sons dad with respect. Director had to shut down due to letting a child in with Covid and told us that our money would be credited then when they reopened she wanted another weeks payment (which I refused to pay). We were told legally she cant not pocket our money due to them being on shut down and no services were AVAILABLE. She handle the entire situation improperly and instead of working with us, she kicked my son out of the preschool. She was willing to give me a full refund but not put it toward the credited week. She is about the money and not the children. However, the teachers were very kind and do not reflect the Directors behavior.

Place needs structure, and organization. If Ms Stella was back place would be better. I see why cant keep employees here.

My kids have been going to this daycare for almost 3 months now and my kids really like there teachers and I’ve had no issue with them. I think Ms Tammy handled the covid situation very well , in no way her fault we are in a pandemic. I believe she took the proper precautions she had to make to protect herself, kids/families and the staff. Great communication, over all I would definitely recommend!
