“We have had multiple interactions with Mark and not only is he professional but also kind, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. He is excited and passionate to share his craft. He possesses all the great traits a good teacher should. I would definitely recommend booking a session with him. He gives you 100% of his attention. It is a shame that one bad post on social media could hurt years of hard work and dedication when people are ignorant to a situation. I know that he works hard and is very customer oriented. Book your session now!!! You will not be sorry!!!”

“Chris does great work. He was very helpful in allowing me to explore what I wanted my frame to look like, and I ended up choosing one that looked old and worn for my western print which was exactly what I wanted. Based on quotes I received from other places, he’s also by far the most affordable. Quick turnaround as well!”

“My friends and I took a private class—we had such a great time despite most of us having zero experience. Matt was informative, thorough and very very patient with us. We can’t wait to go back!”

“Very very very cool and unique gallery to support local artists. Also a huge price range so it’s affordable for everyone. And their dog Roman (employee of the month) was super rad!”

“Paul has been a huge supporter of photographic artists and the photographic arts for many years. His Gallery reflects not only his great taste, but the diversity of artists that he collects. Do yourself a favor and check it out when in town.”

“I had no idea this gallery existed unitl I read about a local artist who has collected debris (drift wood, doll heads, Styrofoam, bic lighters glass, wire, etc.) from the Ohio River, a lot of it from the Falls of the Ohio to use in his art pieces that are currently on display at the gallery. It was fascinating. A decent size gallery with multiple rooms and an additional artist or two's work was on display. The hours of the gallery are only from noon till 4 Thurs/Fri/Sat. but well worth the trip. There were some lovely pieces of art in the front of the gallery, which is located on the 2nd floor of a building next to 21 C and across from the KMAC museum. The artist we went to see pieces were in the back of the gallery. It was amazing to see the snowman collection and the animial collection of pieces made primarily from Styrofoam that he found. It was super creative. There were also some creepy doll heads that he found all lined up on shelves in one room. It was cool and creepy at the same time. I will post pictures of the creatations we viewed. Well worth a trip downtown and a couple of bucks in a parking meter to check it out.”

“What a great space to exhibit artwork. Rhonda Goodall has created a unique creative space that is generous and warm, well lit, and open. I went to the opening for Carol Henry’s photographic exhibition called “Naturing” — an exhibit in association with the Louisville Photo Biennial.”

“I gifted my son a beginner blacksmith class as a birthday present. He had an awesome time and learned very much. Since then I've built him a small coal forge and he continues to learn and build. Craig has a wealth of experience and is a great instructor and mentor.”

“An interesting free self guided tour to watch artisans in glass making ornaments and paperweights. A roving attendant is available to ask questions. Learning the basics to melting the raw glass, loading a rod, shaping, coloring and the use of alternating heating, rolling, cooling, etc was enjoyable. An excellent gift shop with a broad range of low to high end pieces is the centerpiece. There is also a commercial hands on area available as well as a paid tour to participate with glass workers.”

“We have bought 2 items - click and no wall art. Tony has been super responsive and even helped find the correct replacement clock mechanism after I accidentally broke it a year later! I even used his YouTube video to get it up and running again. Can’t wait to buy another piece for our house!”

“Kelly is amazing. I have some of the worst, most difficult hair ever and she worked her magic on me. She showed me how to work with my hair and explained her styling techniques and I was actually able to replicate them at home. I now have hair confidence!”

She has a variety of artisans work in her inventory. It is always interesting and energizing. I would recommend Koi Gallery for a one-of-a-kind upbeat experience!”

“Going to Flame run and getting to accomplish a life long dream of mine has been such a blessing. I've taken 2 classes here. The first time was around the holidays and the second was last week. I had an awesome experience both times! The first time I was able to make a glass galaxy globe. The second visit I was taught how to blow glass and I made an ornament as well as a bowl! I had an amazing time and plan to come back again!!”
