James was very kind and professional. When I told him what I was looking for in a new phone, he wasn’t pushy and trying to upsell anything. He gave me the other options available, but was understanding of what I needed. He also took the time to help me transfer all of my information to my new device. When we talked about changes to my plan, he was able to show me what my best options would be both from a data and feature standpoint and a financial standpoint. I would definitely visit this location again for any of my cellular needs.

Luke at the AT&T store in Louisville was super helpful!
I broke my phone on my way home from vacation and he went above and beyond to ensure I didn't lose my vacation photos when I got a new phone!

In and out in 5 minutes. AT&T customer service phone center is a joke. The gal that helped me in store was great. Don't waste your breath calling, the store will get you right.
