The WORST AT&T store I’ve ever been to, I can understand being slow and being on your phone but to get on your phone while you’re helping a customer is beyond me. They sent me the wrong product, couldn’t help me get my watch hooked up to my cellular account which I found I found out was a 5 min fix at the other AT&T store. Overall just a Huge disappointment.

Herb was the epitamy of what excellent customer service stands for. upon entry to the store, i was properly greeted by the only associate. Herb, had other customers but still made me a priority as well. Herb was presentable and professional in business casual. he appeared to be clean and friendly on a very professional level. Herb was able to tend to all of the customers easily, and my observations would indicste the others were satisfied as well. no angry or frustrated faces. Herb was informative, knowledgable, thourough and efficient. Herb made the experience simple and quick for myself and seemingly the others that were there during my visit. i would reccommend this location simply because Of Herbs professionalism, and time spent meeti g everyones needs /requests.

This store makes me regret switching from T-Mobile. As of this morning this will be day 3 of working with customer service over the phone to get our account right. Day one the person did not even put in the system my current phones were a trade in. As well as all extra options we specifically said we did not want were added and on our bill. Thankfully I did my data transfer at home so $1600 in I-Phones did not vanish. Customer service helped remove all the bells and whistles we said no to. Day two went back to store to drop off old phone to be told we could not as they were not listed the day before as a trade in. Went home and called customer service again to get it fixed in the system just to return to the store and receive an attitude from the employees like this is our fault. Very unprofessional. If you shop here please go straight home and check your account. I hate leaving a review like this after we were excited to change as we have been six year customers of AT&T internet. Customer service on phone is quick and very helpful you can also get service straight from the AT&T website talking in live chat. Don’t let this store affect your feeling on the actual company. These are pretty much glorified sub contractors and not working for the interests of the customer.

We had no hesitation in switching from T mobile to AT&T ,our experience at the vally station Dixie hwy location was very professional, fast, respectful, the two Gentlemen working really showed interest in giving the best deals and saving money 💰 thank you for a great experience 👍

Davon R at the AT&T store on Dixie Highway by the Kroger is probably one of the best AT&T/cell phone people that I’ve ever dealt with in any cell phone store ever he was very polite he was doing. He was definitely multitasking like no other. He had his boss on the phone. He was taken care of everything we had plus asking other customers if they needed help you know he was just he was a fabulous employee. We actually gotta go back down there today to fix a few things so it’s nothing major. It’s just a couple of the qualification things that I qualified for that. I need to get put on there and make sure that my bundling cause I had the AT&T Wi-Fi at my house and now I have their cell phone so they should be bundling that together and it’s supposed to lower my bill and everything else so I’ve got to get that done and a couple other things so we’ve gotta go back down there today and he will be the one that we’re dealing with so yeah I can’t wait for that to get it done and be done with the phone thing because it sucks that I lost my other phone and lost my iCloud because of the simple fact the phone number that it wants to send a message to I no longer have and I’m guessing that the number has been sent to somebody else after the 45 days and it goes into another pool and the number gets routed into somebody else’s cell phone, but the company would not release any information due to that so I could not get my old iCloud back so I’ve lost all my great photos my videos I’ve lost a lot of things because of that I’m just hoping that I can get my bitcoin and all that stuff back through Coinbase and other apps so anyways, but I give AT&T and Davon R. You should get a raise my man you are a great employee. AT&T should be very happy to have you as an employee because you work your tail off you multitask like I’ve never seen people do like nowadays you can barely get anybody to work and your multitasking while working and getting things done at the same time so it’s very amazing to see somebody do that because these newer generation Kids and young adult adults just don’t work they don’t wanna work they’re rude and you wasn’t you said yes ma’am you called my mom yes you said yes ma’am to my mom you was very just polite. You answered every question we had I mean it was just great time dealing with your man and I really hope they give you a good raise and you have that job for a while. They should make you a store manager if you’re not already Yeah you’re definitely an employee that they want to keep. But Definitely giving that employee a five star if I can give him 10 stars I would and he did 110% at his job not only taken care of us. He was multitasking for us plus taking care of others which was fascinating to watch so thank you.
