I was scammed by AT&T. Was told my phone and internet bill was going to be a total of 127.21$ with a nursing discount and the phone credits. My first bill came in at 189$ not including the internet that was another 55$ then the second bill comes in at 309.32$ not including the internet that is 55$+… what is even worse is I have the invoice for the bill to be 127.21$ and we sat in front of my Vivint cameras so I got everything this guy “sold” me on camera, not only camera but I got text from the AT&T sales guy aswell. AT&T is a joke. I should’ve stayed at Verizon. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T representatives and get no help. Hopefully BBB and the Kentucky attorney general will take care of it. AT&T is ridiculous with the scamming. Hopefully the 1 hour video from my camera will fix the issue if not hopefully a lawyer can. Worse customer service and representative support I have ever had to deal with.

We are on a business trip from California and left one of our phones at home by mistake (bummer). We have at&t and thought we could locate a store and purchase a phone to make it through the next few days. Well we ended up at the call center and realized quickly this is not the typical avenue to purchase a phone. Jerry the in home expert was going on his lunch and stopped to speak with us as we loitered in front of his building. He instructed us on which location we could purchase a phone at and we thanked him for taking the time to speak with us.Just 5 minutes later as we stood waiting for an Uber Jerry came out and said I just checked and if you want I can sell you a phone right here since we have it in stock! We were overwhelmed with gratitude! He invited us in and placed the order right there in front of us. He checked our plan and identified the option that was in our best interest. He descibed the different plans in detail and made sure we were on board with every decision.He explained how we can actually have two numbers on one cell phone which makes it just that much easier to get rid of thw land line and go with juat your cell..We walked out with a brand new phone on a new line with a wealth of knowledge.I know that today we got extremely lucky that Jerry was available and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you At&t for hiring this wonderful man who made our lives just that much easier. 10 stars to Jerry with a J fir making our day!?

My internet works 1/2 the time at best.....shouldnt I be billed for 1/2 what the total is? They have been fixing the problem for over a year and am looking into another provider.SMH
