I could not be more satisfied. I learned much more than I had went to the phone store for.
I learned a great deal about deals for veterans I did not no about.
I'm going to make some changes to my service and looking forward to going back.

Yesterday, 2/26, I came into the store to do something pretty simple, just an upgrade. I hadn't in a couple years and it was due. I knew what phone(s) I was looking at- a Fold 6 or a s25 ultra and I wanted to get the new Ring Samsung released.
I picked my phone, we started the process. The attendant ripped my screen saver with -a lot- of effort and even commented on how difficult it was as she was doing it. They then took my phone into the back, brought it back to me and declared that it had a cracked screen and they couldn't do anything.
I can't stand cracked screens. My phone didn't have a cracked screen. If it had a cracked screen it would have been addressed and fixed. I cannot stand cracked screens. I cannot overstate this enough. SO... I now have a phone that's had a $30 screen saver ripped off a $25 DBrand skin ripped off the back, and a fresh crack in the screen. But only after it was taken in the back of the store.
BUT WAIT... it gets better. She changed my plan. My old plan had Max/HBO as part of the plan. The new plan didn't. I was offered no options at this point other than walking out without service like my assistant suggested because she couldn't change it back to the old plan. So, except the new plan or accept nothing.
During the latter half of the visit the manager? lead tech? came out and stood feet from me attempting to intimidate me while the assistant did nothing to resolve a situation she created. This was just a bullying tactic which was abhorrent but I guess that's the new normal we live in. If you can't provide the expected service, just intimidate the customer until they accept it.
Do not use AT&T. Do not go to this store. There's a Verizon store less that a quarter mile away.
I've been with AT&T for 15/20 years. I've upgraded many, many times. A visit which should have ensured AT&T another 2 years of service (minimum), payments for a new phone, a new Samsung Ring instead turned into the last time I will step foot into an AT&T store.
To the assistant- just because I'm not Latino doesn't mean I don't understand Spanish. Take care with what words you sling around customers.
