Enrique was wondering!!! I have been trying to get a new SIM card for my grandmother who had a stroke for months. He spent lots of time on the phone and figuring out how to help me until he had finally solved my problem. Not only did he help me he made the visit to the AT&T store enjoyable. I’m would 100% suggest asking for Enrique to help you.

Highly recommend! When I walked in I was greeted by AJ, and he quickly helped me with my billing questions. His insightfulness helped me navigate around potential future problems, and I was in and out of the store in no time and on with the rest of my day! Very happy with my experience today!

I give 1 star because there is not 0. After a long wait they sent us home saying we have to wait 4 hrs to get our problem resolved. They just got rid of us. We have ta call att ai get the issue resolved for ourself. Terrible experience. C. Representative: Jack Morrison.

We worked with AJ today to get my husband’s phone working properly. He was stuck in limbo between Boost and AT&T. When I had a difficult time understanding what the customer service person at Boost was trying to do AJ willing took the call for me to get all of the necessary information. He was very patient with us and in the end got the phone working correctly. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

After visiting the Elizabethtown location, I had soured completely due to the unprofessional lack of customer service at that location. I said nothing about my previous experience when visiting the Outer Loop location. As luck would have it, Ms. Anastasia, the local manager, approached me and took care of all my issues. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had with ATT, and one of the best anywhere. She is an exemplar of how to treat customers. Thank you!
