Not open during store hours… 12:00 - 5:00 on Sundays, I arrive at 12:30 with “open” signs illuminated but no lights on, doors locked, nobody home… hard to do business when you aren’t open!!

I did a trade in deal a while back. The worker took my old phone, reset it so my information was cleared, and never documented that he received me phone. I never received the $1000 credit I was supposed to. Because the worker didn't do his job, I got cheated out of $1000.

Horrible experience, The person who “Helped” us took AGES to actually do anything whatsoever. Were still in here as I type this and we have been in here for 3 and a half hours trying to set up one phone. Staff is rude, store is nasty, two of the employees stink so horribly I had to walk out and get some fresh air. This store is just blatantly horribly ran. No manager on duty so the workers are just able to sit around and do jack for hours at a time. My advice is go to the store in Fern Creek instead of this one. Never go here!

Do not.
Made an appointment for Google fiber / scheduled for my off day.
Fiber install shows up with two reps for cell-service unannounced. Okay. Brings a great sale with undisclosed information. Tells me I can cut ties with my current provider with no issues. Never followed up with picking up my old phone, never let me know about old company and old company auto-charged me for $1100.
Hello? Followed up with sales rep that built this from the get-go and he had ZERO answers. Have texted him multiple times and nothing. Please don’t do this to other people.

The girl was on the phone with a friend while filling out daycare papers. She didn't smile, was not welcoming, and was dismissive; she treated me like I should know everything. She ended up selling me the wrong cord, so I had to return and exchange it. I interrupted her while she was back on the phone with her friend, which annoyed her even more, and she snobbly said that I should know what I wanted. And I better make sure that this is what I want this time. She said she would refund the more expensive returned one, but she didn't. ATT owes me money for the twenty-five dollar charger I returned that she said she refunded but did not. She charged me for the replacement cord and did not refund me for the returned more expensive one.
I AM OUT OF TOWN AND UNABLE TO GO THERE. HOWEVER, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, AND IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS, AND THEN A VOICE WILL COME ON AND TELL ME THAT I'M THE THIRTEENTH CALLER IN THE QUEUE RIDICULOUS

The customer service is very very very bad, there is only one person serving, I was waiting for an hour and she didn't even speak to me, plus she didn't seem concerned about those we were waiting for, she laughed and made jokes with those she was serving as if he time will not pass. I never go back

2 weeks ago today, I went in to get a new phone for one of my sons, for his birthday. I probably waited about 5-10 mins before I was seen. He apologized for the wait & told me that they were short staffed & only had 2 people including him workings Once I was offered help, I told the guy helping me that I wanted an iPhone 15 pro max & he started telling me about a promotion they were having to add an additional line. I said I would have to talk with my husband once he came back. My husband ended up coming in after 10 mins or so & I had the guy explain to him the promotion he was telling me about & since we were celebrating both of my sons birthday, my husband agreed to add the additional line for my youngest son instead of buying him his other gift he wanted because my youngest said he would rather have a phone.
Anyways once he asked us which color phone we wanted he brought out the 2 colors my son couldn’t decide between, he ended up picking the color & I didn’t pay attention to what phone he brought out because there was so much going on in there. To save us money on the bill each month we went ahead & paid 2 phones off that were $1-1,300 each. & also bought accessories on top of paying the taxes & phones off. To be honest, I felt rushed but wasn’t really upset or frustrated about it because we had a game to go to after leaving there & understand when people are short staffed or behind on/in their work.
Fast forward 2 weeks later, my son let me use his phone for something & I asked him why his phone felt smaller than mine when we have the same phone.. well he proceeds to tell me that he has the iPhone 15 pro & I said what?!! I thought I said 15 pro max?? He said yeah well he only gave me the 15 pro. So I was like okay well I’ll call & try to get this worked out. I called up there today & explained my situation & they were busy but told me to come in because they couldn’t really do anything over the phone. I was like okay I know but if I make that 45-50 min drive am I going to be guaranteed A new phone? They said they would have to look at my account & try to see what happened before making any promises so I was really iffy about making that far drive.
I then called the store in Shelbyville Kentucky. They told me that they couldn’t really do much over the phone, but told me to Call customer service because they would be better help & would easily make things right, Or that I could come in with the phone box & they will help me take care of it. So instead of driving out further than I needed to if they could help me closer.. on my way there I called customer service & they told me that they counted the day I went in & on the paper it says 14 days after the date of purchase so they were no help at all. Once I got to AT&T in Shelbyville, I was helped immediately & guess what? They helped me take care of it & some. They have always been my go to store anyways & should have never went anywhere else because clearly 2 out of 3 places/people were not able to help me the way they “promise” people.
I Would not recommend this store & it’s not because of them being understaffed or whatever but because they aren’t taking their time with customers nor making sure they are doing their job correctly or even trying to make things right..

Went into the store to try and switch from Tmobile. The employees were busy with other customers, but didn't greet me, ask me what I needed, tell me they would be with me in a moment, or anything. Guess I'll try another location

Went into this location to get a screen saver for my wife’s phone. iPhone 12, they told me to call customer service. After a 53 minute call back, they were no help at all, they said they were out of them too. I went to the Middletown location and they assisted me on ordering two, one for myself as well. Upset me that this location didn’t want to be bothered with my business. Have been thinking about switching to T-mobile

Absolutely terrible. Show up and there are only 2 customers there. I wait for 40 minutes. Not one word is said to me. No one said it would be just a minute or sorry for your wait. Both employees received door dash orders during my wait which they seemed more concerned with. Just overall terrible experience.

Customer service was great! I am a tech dummy, so the fact that my fiancee and I were treated with patience and respect was immensely appreciated. I hope to go back to next time when I switch my phone, too!
