I am not one to write many reviews but had to compliment Levi after such a great experience yesterday! My husband & I have a business account with AT&T and recently got an upgrade including a new tablet. We received our tablet in the mail and after 24 hours it became defective. My husband called and Levi immediately took care of our issue and overnighted us a new one that we will be receiving today! Fantastic customer service!

A mixed review. Sometime earlier last year, I stopped in this store to ask what news there might have been about Apple upgrading the SE phone whose size I like. As is usually the case with Apple, they don't give you much warning (as in NONE) when they're bringing on new products. So, I left the store without doing anything but being very impressed with a young man named Robbie who seemed to really know what he was doing. I made it a point to remember his name with the intention of having him assist me when the time came to make a purchase. The time is now as the newly released 16e is what Apple has put out instead of doing anything with the SE. I bought the 16e and was happy with the entire interaction.
Something else of interest happened while I was in the store. I encountered Travis, a not-very-smart big mouth who had spent the last several years being a bad poker dealer at the "Boat". Travis and I didn't get along as he didn't care for the fact I made him aware that I knew more about his job than he did. I've no idea why he was no longer dealing but can surmise that his ineptitude finally caught up with him. In typical form, Travis told the new store manager to "Kick him out". Just more of that "no brain, all mouth" that he exhibited in his other job. He's lucky I don't have a cousin of mine (formerly a President of one of ATT's business divisions) have a word with the powers that be about how to treat customers.
Bottom line: If you go to this store, ask for Robbie and avoid Travis who is probably lucky he's able to find his way to work each day.

A day ago I went into the store to have new phone set up. Robbie did a good job with that. Today, I had an issue with my phone being locked and it wanted a password. I never entered a password, so back up to the store I went. 4 guys sitting in the back of the store watching football, no other customers, and they tell me there is nothing they can do! I said, so this phone is just junk? They just shrugged their shoulders and told me to try going to Best Buy. I made the trip there and a kind young man helped me right away and had no problem getting me all set-up again. I'm ashamed of the boys at AT&T for being more interested in football, then helping a customer. I was told buy Best Buy that they could have done the same thing that he did.

Wonderful experience with my AT&T store. Valerie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very impressed. Valerie answered all my questions and saved me money. She is a true asset to AT&T workforce.

I want to give big kudos to Robbie at the Paddock Shop store. After two grueling hours on the phone with customer support, I drove to the store and was fortunate to get assistance from Robbie. He took care of my issue in five minutes!!! After a very stressful experience, he came to my rescue offering amazing customer support! Thank you!!

Robbie immediately greeted me, acknowledged my appt time and began to solve my SIM card phone issue. He was patient while helping my husband add me to our account and then finished fixing my phone issue. Friendly service and easy in and out

My experience at ATT:
I have spent HOURS on the phone between Direct TV and ATT- each sends me to the other to get HBO GO sorted out. I feel that since we signed up for the program at the ATT store and the agents ( including higher technical assistance can't sort it, the store should.)
I also wanted to see if our DaTA plan could be changed or updated as between the 3 of us we go through the 2 MB of data midway through the month. Although I see advertisements from other companies that boast unlimited data and 50 mb data, it would have cost us 40% more to get unlimited data.
And something your employee couldn't help with: My coverage in Kentucky is TERRIBLE. I am often in areas with 1 bar or less. Lousy service, lousy communication all around.
I am trying to get my folks to switch plans. I'll probably leave soon for Verizon.
The customer service rep Spencer was lovely and affable- this is NO reflection on him. It is just that ATT provides VERY a poor customer service.
For example: when we signed up for the ATT/Direct TV HBO program we were thrown so many ids, passwords, plus a pin and we can't make heads or tails out of the promo.
I can't get help with passwords - I am 57, my folks are in their 70's and 80's. If ATT had simply given us a sheet of paper or emailed something by like this, life would be so much simpler:
- this is your pin
- this is the user name on the ATT account
- this is the PW on the acc
- this is the PW for HBO/Direct TV.
Why do I NEED to teach this to a COMMUNICATIONS company?
Also, I am often on hold for long periods of time when trying to get assistance from ATT

We were greeted by Trent, & he stayed with us until we had our problems worked out. He consulted the manager, Kendra, to make sure we had all the answers for our particular situation. He was a delightful young man, & we hope you all can keep him. As a retired teacher & communication’s major, I can see that Trent is very bright & has tremendous potential.

Made an appointment and was seen immediately. Tyrus Chaknine was kind and professional and quick. He took his time explaining how things work and finding the best plans for us. I will be back to work with him in the future! Highly recommend!
