Came into ATT store in Fern Creek today to add a line to my account and get a new iphone. Ethan and Kaleb helped us. I have been an ATT customer for 20 years. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with ATT. Ethan and Kaleb were very personable and very knowledgeable about the products. They helped us choose a phone and accessories and then gave a quick tutorial how to use an IPhone( had an Android before). They were phenominal.!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I ordered a phone Dec 9th, was charged the 12th, I have been tracking it and it was “delayed”. AT&T told me that when I was charged that’s when it should have been delivered. Contacted ups they opened a case for me and said they would contact the AT&T store to get details (this was yesterday almost 3 weeks later). Checked this morning and it says cases closed and I can no longer tack my package. I contacted outer loop location which is a corporate location and they said that this has been going on with this AT&T location a lot they are basically stealing phones. I went up to the location I ordered from and no one has been helpful at all. JARED & ETHAN are beyond rude. I just need my money back or my phone and they won’t give me either. They said it’s on ups but ups says otherwise. This literally makes no sense why I can’t just get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. This process makes me wish it was still 1988 and we just had a house phone. This entire process gets worse by the day. Figure it out.

Be sure to see Conrad very knowledgeable and excellent help. I was looking for a new Internet because spectrum is so unreliable and slow. He knew all about his competitors and was very honest and not pushy. Besides that he has 2 national championship rings for cheerleading at the great university of Louisville. My only regret was I didn't ask him to do a cheer after I signed up for their Internet which turned out to be all he said it would be.
