I was apprehensive about buying a new phone in the store due to the hassle of up-selling and the wait in a busy store. My husband and I worked with Adam and Kayle. They were able to navigate through the customers quickly while giving all customers 100% of their attention and meeting all the needs of each customer. We were in and out in no time. Kayle was able to answer all our questions on how the new iPhones compare to each other which helped us make our decision. She also realized my name on my account was my maidan name and offered to update my account to my married name. This was our first time at this location and will be back for our upgrades and phone accessories. Thanks for being a great help during the stressful holiday season.

Have had to come to several store due to customer service in the phone center as well as at location’s horrible, if you not buy a 1000 dollar phone they want nothing to do with you, internet service is definitely the worst in the business, when even trying to get a situation handled about fraud AT&T as a company is suspicious!!! Also guy here will tell you he had to send his personal home early but same store every time guess people don’t know there are people with photo graphics memory and remember stuff like that see how many more times he will tell this store now ?

I went into the store and was greeting and asked what I needed. After I told the store associate he said that my service would only take five minutes. We had to wait over an hour just to return a phone as the associates were helping the same people as when we walking in. Staff were extremely slow. To make it worse the staff started to help another person while helping me. That is horrible when it only took five minutes to complete my service. Horrible service and I would not recommend the Louisville Bardstown Road Callular World Store/ATT Fern Creek.

Overall a great experience!! Quick & fast service, was in and out in a timely matter. I had the best customer service from Adam. His customer service/people skills are second to none, wonderful experience. Definitely ask for him in store! His service alone is worth my commute to this store location

I went to this store after being given the run around from 3 other stores and trying to handle it via customer service and loyalty. I’m so thankful Adam, Kaylee and Lenora was able to help me during a very frustrating time of trying to return a phone after I upgraded. A prior store wouldn’t help me and wanted me to drive 40 mins away for a label but I called and they couldn’t help me. I live in Bardstown ky I’ll drive to this store now every time to get my Att needs fixed

Went to purchase a new phone, and help with another phone. Everyone at this location were professional, thorough, and went the extra mile to help, and helped us in saving money on our monthly cellular costs. Darren and Lenora are the best and I’d rate them both as 10/10… Thankful for the pleasant experience

I switched over from T-Mobile.. and what a horrible transition. None of the store reps have a clue what they're offering you. We were told of a promo for porting over our devices.. which was a lie. We were told our activation fees would be waived.. which was a lie. Their posted store hours.. They're a lie. After you're ported over, there's nothing they can do. Be prepared to spend a few hours on with AT&T sourced out (in India) customer service to receive a measly $50 credit for the $1200 (promo for port over) and $70 (for two activation fees). Don't waste your time with this store.

They are rude and nasty. I’ve been with AT&T for years, and it makes me want to switch because of the nasty teens working there.
