My sister-in-law's old and just-purchased new phone had a problem with her voicemail's outgoing message. We went to this location, this is where we purchased the new phone, three times to try and get it resolved, but to no avail.
On our last visit, we were told there was nothing they could do. What a shock! We know the problem was on their end because it happened on both her old phone and her just-purchased phone. We asked if they could call corporate and see if they could find a solution. We were told they couldn't do that because they didn't have a phone line or support number for their use. Another shock! They did state we could call customer support, but they were not going to do anything more. What poor customer service!
Yeah, we just marched down to Verizon and signed my sister-in-law up. The rate was much cheaper, too. Of course it took some time to get AT&T to unlock the phone, but after a few calls and a lot of help from the Verizon salesperson, we did it. I will never be stepping into another AT&T wireless store again. What a terrible experience!

SUCH a scam. I bought a new iphone in January 2023....I am on my family's plan so I never check the phone bill, it's in my mom's name. I logged into her account last week to see when I am eligible for an upgrade.... I notice my line is much higher in price than everyone else's. Upon further investigation, I have been charged for insurance since I bought the phone. That is an additional $17/mo - over $350 total in charges that I had NO idea of. I spoke to customer support online and they did offer to give me a $150 credit on our bill. That is still absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE BEWARE. I know for a FACT I would have NEVER signed up for insurance. I asked for proof that I signed up for this and they could NOT provide that. I also read online this has happened to others. Please be careful and check your phone bill so this doesn't happen to someone else. I will NEVER buy another phone from them again. SUCH A SCAM and I am so disappointed.

Not the best experience but not the worst. Went in looking to upgrade my current phone and felt as the worker was not taking me very seriously and was not the nicest to me. However, it was a nice store and well kept up.
