The mechanics are very nice, helpful, kind, and professional people who clearly explain what is needed and how much it will cost. They diagnose problems and get cars fixed fast. Many customers would not take their cars anywhere else and will use Auto Research again. The shop is praised for not talking down to customers, not trying to upsell, and for not up charging. They have saved customers a ton of money compared to dealerships or other shops, sometimes offering very reasonable prices that make a significant difference. Great service, fast, professional and fair price. The mechanic called and clearly explained what my volvo needed and how much it would cost. I would and will use Auto Research again the next time I need something done.

Very nice and helpful people. I didn’t have much money for repairs, but they did the work to get my car back on the road. They didn’t try to sell me anything, or up charge me. The prices are reasonable. I recommend.
