I inquired about the interest rate for a car loan. I was told they could not give a rate without knowing the credit score. I asked if they could assume a certain score just to give me a estimate. I told them I was shopping around and didn’t want several hard inquiries on my report. They wouldn’t give me an estimate. Been with them for 20+ years. Great customer service….NOT!!!

The staff was very rude and lacked any ounce of compassion. My husband's mother had an account with them and she passed away recently. He went in to close her account, but instead of helping him the staff asked him 20 questions and were short and snappy with him the entire time. Not once did they say they were sorry for his loss or showed any compassion. It is hard enough losing a loved one but to be treated with disrespect and talked down to makes it harder. So how can y'all improve? teach your staff manners, how to talk to people, and customer service skills!!

If I could give them 0000 stars I would I'm currently still banking with them till my money gets "found" put back into my account. I have a hard time believing them on things when a similar event has happened to me and that didn't stop them for taking the money out of my account and placing it to the right account. I know when this massive headache is over I will be closing my accounts with them and going elsewhere...

I've been a member for 20 years and I love my credit union. They've seen me through some hard times. Yes, sometimes they have to charge fees when I've messed up but what bank doesn't? Almost every time they've dropped the fees and been willing to help and work with me. That's the East end branch. I liked the Newburg branch but they closed it and I avoid the newest branch

I tried to order something for $11, knowing the amount I have in my checking account I kept hitting the pay button got call from fraud got that taken of, later that day I go to the $5 car wash my card declines again immediately go to the ATM and I’m able to withdraw $60 turn around and go right back to car wash card declines again then go back to the ATM and it says I have reached my transaction limit. Well Autotruck is closed. So what is this member going to do until Monday? with no access to MY money!! This is the second time I’m am leaving this Credit Union.. gotta have some type of weekend office hours

If the long term manager is there it's great...but WARNING if she is not, the rest of the group couldn't find their behind with both hands and a road map !!!! 2800 lost they couldn't care less....call it the icing on the proverbial cake.
