Loan representative communication was horrible. Just a bunch of shenanigans. I want go into details but I was so pissed after leaving that officeJust make sure they are clear on information if getting loan.

I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account. When I disputed it I was told that it could be up to 10 days even though I cancelled my card and contacted the store the purchase was made at, at the fraud centers request. The charge still went through and I am told that there is not anything that can be done u til reviewed. I stated I had cancelled my card before the transaction processed, called the store (which was also no help), and I was told there was no way until the transaction went through for them to do anything but make a note. It took several re routes of calls to even speak with the correct department. The charge was in Maryland and so live in KY and I have never ordered on line from the store. The place the transaction was made verified it was not my name attached to the order made! But they the bank had to call them to rectify and I was told that it would take time. I am not in a position where a 534.65 charge coming out if my account is ok! I assumed when our accounts are insured through FDIC we were protected!

Can't purchase flights, can't purchase things online, and the latest I can't make affirm payments after being able to make them for several months. This bank is a joke and needs to just close. I will be closing my account ASAP. This bank is UNRELIABLE!

I don't know who has taken over and is running this credit union into the ground but I'm changing my direct deposit to PNC and as soon as it goes thru I'm gone. They've changed mobile app to a new garbage app. They've changed their bill pay to a new bill pay system that you can not pay anyone electronically, instead they mail a check. What is this the 70's???? Don't even think about sending someone money thru Venmo Autotruck doesn't allow it. Been a member for over 20 years and the latest bill pay fiasco was the final straw.

Was a member for about 8 yrs. Run dont walk away from this place. Fox News on all the time in lobby.update after reply : it was more than just the TV nonsense, they do not support Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. They also closed the Newburg Rd branch and built a really nice new two story vanity project in the middle of hard to get to.

This is a terrible bank. Please do not even consider them. They have taken so much money from my accounts. I had mu card number stolen. I couldn't get them to shut card off for 2 days because it was the weekend. The charges overdrafted my account 18 times because of the amount taken. They refunded the stolen amount and said the overdrafts totaling 600$ were valid because i should have not used my card. It was stolen when i was swiping it. Those were pending charges. Please do not go to this bank no matter what u do. Even if ur at ford find another bank!!!!!!!

The staff was very rude and lacked any ounce of compassion. My husband's mother had an account with them and she passed away recently. He went in to close her account, but instead of helping him the staff asked him 20 questions and were short and snappy with him the entire time. Not once did they say they were sorry for his loss or showed any compassion. It is hard enough losing a loved one but to be treated with disrespect and talked down to makes it harder. So how can y'all improve? teach your staff manners, how to talk to people, and customer service skills!!
