The best variety of workouts out of all of the barre studios I have been to. Freedom to modify exercises when needed.. the instructors are creative with workouts and it doesn't feel staged like some other barre studios do. The studio is beautiful, I love the virtual platform when I can't make it in. Whether it be a livestream class or recorded I always have access to get a good workout! No excuses! The best barre studio in Louisville?

The trainers were very nice and informative. This place is not your usual barre, it has so much more and they are all so great! If you want to change up your workout routine with a different way to tone your body, you should definitely check out the barre fit, and the band classes! ???

I like that the instructor did the whole class with us, it was easy to follow along and it was fun. I also like that you can purchase one class for a reasonable amount.

The place was cleaned, super pretty, very colorful. Everyone in there was so great, I was about to pass out and they were always asking me how I was doing or if I needed some water. Attention and quality of the classes is great
